This company is truly amazing. We talked on Saturday, the estimate was finished on Sunday and the job was completed on Thursday! Chris was a great guy to work with and very knowledgeable! His installers, Jake and John were very personable and professional! If you need flooring at a reasonable price and done right, this is the company for you!

CW Flooring did an excellent job. I was very pleased with their work. Chris, Jake, Jake, and Carlos, were very professional, hard working individuals I have ever met. They were very accommodating in every aspect of the project. They moved heavy furnitures and help us put it back. Jake and Jake work late in the evening to complete the basement flooring. Truly very professional all the way. Shannon also did an excellent job of informing us of the start of the project, measurement of the floors, suggestions on the best flooring materials, ordering the materials needed and the delivery of the materials. She also made sure to let the hardwood floors to acclimate itself inside the house for at least a week. Overall, excellent job from CW personnel. The quality of work was outstanding.

Shannon came out and measured and was very congenial. She said she would be in touch with in 3 or 4 days. It's been about 4 weeks and I've never heard from her. So, I hired Elite Flooring to do the work and I highly recommend them!

They came and laid vapor layer down first. They installed the flooring and caulked everything. They first ground down and repaired a crack I had in basement floor which is concrete. The final flooring is totally awesome. I am so pleased with the look and they were so professional and took care of every detail to assure it looked really good. They were very personable and I would refer them to anyone for flooring. I bought the flooring separately. Their charge was for installation.

The 2 guys who came to do the work were professional, efficient and were careful to not make a mess.

From beginning to end, Chris and his crew were professional and fabulous and laying our wood floors. We are going to have them back to repair a few boards that got damaged over time. I would definitely recommend CW for flooring.

I can't say enough about this company and crew. Quick and accurate quote. We were on a time crunch to get the work done before my daughters birthday. We were on schedule but for some reason the thin set was not performing the way Chris wanted it. He notified me and recommended pulling all of it up and starting over. This put them behind schedule but I greatly appreciate him making sure it done right. They did not complete by night of party but they brought covers for the floor that wasn't done. They were there every morning bright and early and never left a mess. Very nice guys. They even had to deal with my puppies getting out a couple times! A+ all the way around. I would definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone!!!

Excellent! Everyone at CW flooring was fabulous to work with. Shannon kept me informed throughout the whole process. She was patient with me when I was trying to decide on a stain color. We trusted CW flooring to install our floors while we were out of town. CW flooring was able to outbid 4 companies that we had give us a bid. We LOVE our new floors!

After several attempts to reach the company, we finally got our initial consultation. We liked Shannon and what they suggested. Unfortunately, after weeks and several more attempts at communication, we still have no estimate and haven't heard from the company. Apparently it's nice work if you can get them to follow up.

I highly recommend CW Flooring. Shannon was easy to get a hold of and responded promptly to any questions that we had. They were competitive with the other bids we received and we felt comfortable letting them into our home when we were not there. We appreciate that they were able to fit us in last minute before our furniture delivery and they were efficient at completing the job in the estimated time frame provided. The installation exceeded my expectations, it looks wonderful. They even used the wood we purchased to make a custom stair nosing and transition thresholds so that the floor would blend seamlessly into our other spaces. We really appreciate their attention to detail and are already considering using their services again when the time comes to redo our bathrooms!

Shannon came out within a couple days and took measurements then sent us a bid a few days later. After receiving a couple other bids, we decided to go with CW Flooring. Once we told Shannon, she came out with several samples of hardwood for us to choose from. They delivered the flooring last week and came this week to tear out and install. The entire crew was very friendly and professional and worked very hard. They showed up on time everyday and took care in moving our furniture around as needed. They always cleaned up before they left each night. They did an awesome job and we will be using them again to put hardwood on our stairs. I highly recommend them.

Everything went wonderful! I can't say enough...they were always punctual and very polite. We had a little hangup the first day as the thin set did not cure...they made the decision to pull all the tile up, clean them and reinstall. It did put the project behind but I am so happy he did that instead continuing with a bad product. They worked late a few days and ended up finishing just a day behind schedule. Even though it took longer I am 100% sure it was done correctly and we should have no problems with it.

My mother thinks that the installation looks beautiful and that they did a good job. Overall, I was pretty happy with the work they did. They did come in on designated days to do the work and fixed things/answered questions as they went. Any problems with the flooring install were fixed by the company satisfactorily.

Shannon was wonderful to work with, very pleasant, accommodating, and punctual responding to me! Jake, the young man who did the work was very professional, punctual, pleasant, and did a fantastic job. His attention to detail was very impressive. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future, and to recommend this company to everyone I know needing this type of work. They were phenomenal!!! Thank you CW Flooring! CW Flooring did an excellent job of repairing, sanding, staining, and finishing our oak hardwood floors in two rooms and two hallways.

The installation went quickly and smoothly. The installers obviously knew their craft - they were courteous, focused and worked steadily until the job was finished. I had some tear out an some heavy furniture that had to be moved, which proved to be no problem. They didn't leave until the rooms were clean and everything back in place. Excellent service and beautiful finished product.
