It went very well. While I did not have anything wrong, I feel good about this company and will call them again when my machine is really broke.

The individual sent to repair the washing machine was professional and took ownership of our problem. The overall cost of the repair (including the evaluation) seemed a touch high, but I'd prefer to spend this amount for the service level that Appliance Pros provided to me. Our Bosch washing machine started shaking so violently on the spin cycle that it was literally walking across the room (with the dryer on top). The door gasket became warped and tore so we called Appliance Pros to come take a look. The evaluation was quick and performed the same day. An initial diagnosis was made to repair the gasket to see if that would re-center the contents of the washing machine to prevent the moment and momentum from shaking the machine. A gasket was ordered and an estimated cost was given. On the next visit, the same repairman came back to install the gasket. When the washer was disassembled, the repairman discovered that a spring that stabilizes and centers the drum had broken. The repairman ordered a new spring and bracket and took ownership of the issue by passing along only the additional part cost, as the additional problem was not discovered during the evaluation. The parts finally arrived and the same repairman returned to install all of the parts. Appliance Pros probably spent more than twice the amount of time that they estimated and did an outstanding job of fixing our washer. Although I would have liked the problem to have been fixed the first time around, the way they handled and owned the repair job impressed me.

The initial phone call to make the appointment was no hassle and went just fine. The repairman came out when he was schedule to come out. He was clean, nice, not scary. He did a great job repairing my dryer and I have not had a problem since.

Overall the service went very well. The service person was on time, arriving within 24 hours of the time I called the office to schedule a time. Like most repair services we were given a window within which to expect arrival of the service person. He arrived within the window. Quickly did his job. He had the part on his truck so there was no need for another service call...I was very impressed. The service person was very professional and gave me a lot of confidence that he know what he was doing. The repair was done correctly the first time, no call back needed.

He said I could probably take care of it myself and that type of thing which I really appreciated.

I have an ASKO dishwasher that's been a real pain in the rear! I've had others over to look at it for repair and but it seemed they didn't know what they were doing! This guy was GREAT!!! He knew right away what was wrong when I explained the problem OVER THE PHONE!!!! He came with the part in hand and fixed the dishwasher in about 20 minutes. WHAT A RELIEF since Thanksgiving was only days away and being without a dishwasher would have been a nightmare. He explained he also works on Wolf, Viking & Sub-Zero as well. He was pleasant, professional and I would highly recommend them.
