Terrible was told to call Whirlpool customer service. I should have stopped payment on the check.

Called twice after no returned first call. After a day or two with no response to my second call I went with another service.

Would not fix it-do not service GE products

My refrigerator is over 25 years old, yet he had the necessary parts om his truck and was able to make the repair in a timely manner.

They diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes!

He knew exactly what was wrong and said he would order the part. It took almost two weeks to get it and the company always sent me to voice mail. I must have called six or seven times. He finally called me and said he still didn't have the part and he would check on it and call me back. Well he didn't call back they day so by now I had his phone number and I called him. He said he still didn't have the part. It finally came in the following day and they came out and install it. The two techs were knowledgeable but their phone system is terrible. I won't call them again because I don't want to find the phone.

They were on time & professional. They did not have the part they needed, so we had to reschedule (that’s the reason for the “B” rating for Overall/Responsiveness). The follow up was punctual & the repair completed quickly.

Repair was fine, no complaints. Took a week to get the parts, which surprised me. Technicians were pleasant and courteous. I would hire them again.

Great, very knowledgeable of Samsung refrigerators. From past experience I know that not all appliance repairmen are actually knowledgeable of repairing Samsung refrigerators.

Changing the initial part didn't fix the problem. They came right back out and diagnosed an additional issue and fixed it no charge.

Fantastic! We were very happy with scheduling and that the technician didn't cut corners - he wanted to make sure it was done right the first time.

He figured ti out fast and was done quickly.

He was very thorough. He checked all components of stove & oven to ensure it was operating correctly. Also did a quick check of the dishwasher while he was there and gave operating recommendations. Price was fair. the only downside was they were booked out so far I had to wait 3 weeks for service, but they were the only place I could find who would services our Samsung appliance.

Repairman assessed the problem and quickly arrived to a resolution and fixed the problem in about an hours time.

On time for appointment. Did not have the part, so fixed temporary so that dryer was useable. Part ordered and installed a week later. Professional and quick to determine what was wrong and to install part. No service call charge when returned with part to install.

Great, found out it was just clogged food charge me a small service call and all is well.

It was repaired and works as designed.

I described the problem (freezer not cooling) over the phone and the customer service representative stated that she'd try to get someone right out. I told her that I'm at work and asked how late they send out service calls. She said, "We're open until 5:00, let me check the schedule." She came back on and told me she could schedule my repair 2 weeks from today. I said, "What if I take time off work during the day?" She replied that she can, "only schedule you 2 weeks from now." I was very polite and was willing to take time off to work my problem into their schedule. Draw your own conclusions about that conversation...

Todd and son Jordan arrived early during the two-hour window I was given. They figured out how the compactor had broken and quickly fixed it. They also completed some much-needed lubrication - after all, the compactor had been under that counter, unmoved, for 23 years! And, they re-installed the compactor - my spouse and I had put it in the garage when it broke and we were deciding what to do. It works great now, so quiet and smooth! And they were gone . . . still within that 2-hour window!

Appliance Pros is FANTASTIC ! Called Monday morning and Brad was here the next day. On time. Professional. Knowledgeable. Had all the parts needed to do the job. I will differently call Appliance Pros again.
