We paid the bill but we were suprised at the total cost.

Service man arrived on time, diagnosed the problem (ice maker was not making ice), replaced the solenoid valve, cleaned up the area and left. He was competent and professional and we would recommend this company to anyone who needs service on a large appliance.

It went very well. He fixed the problem quickly, was very friendly and professional.

I did most of the work cleaning the lint trap with my Dyson vacuum. He just fixed a small wire and I gave him a big 110 oz bottle of tide that was not his. It did not work for my front load washer and he still charged me $120.00.

So far it has just been a phone call and discussion of accidental duplicate coupon purchase that was not needed.

We recently bought a used garage side by side refridgerator and noticed that it would not stay cold on the fridge side and iced over on the freezer side. We bought a big deal for service and a repair technician came out. Because it was so hot, we needed an appointment as soon as possible and the only time available was a Friday. We requested to be later in the day, since we had appointments already scheduled and the technician called that morning to confirm that he would see us late afternoon. The appointment went well. He adjusted the doors and noted that the seals did not need to be replaced. He did mention that the ice maker (not connected) may be the entry point for the hot air and told us to call back if adjusting the doors did not fix the problem. We called a few days later, he returned, put a wad of cloth in the ice maker to keep the warm air out and all is now well with the garage fridge. There was no charge for the second visit. We would defintely use them again for any appliance repairs.

The service provider never contacted us (note - they were supposed to within 48 hours. We waited three days.

He called before he came, and he got my dryer all up and running! The dryer worked one time and I had to call them back. When the owner came back out, he notified me that I needed a new control panel and he did not have that with him. He had to come back for a third time! This was very frustrating to me as I could have ordered the part directly from the company it could be installed in a few days but he could not give me a warranty on it. If they ordered the part it was going to take more than a week, but I would get the warranty. This whole process took about three weeks when it should have only taken one to two visits to my home. Since the rapairs it has worked fine.

My dryer stopped working on 5/28/2014. I called At Your Service Appliance Repair. A technician came and diagnosed the problem as the door switch which he was going to order. On July 1st I called Appliance Pros and they fixed it accurately and promptly. I highly recommend them for appliance repair.

I felt that what I bought was to repair the unit, it was not. I felt misled, in the future I do not want to purchase a diagnosis, I want to buy a repair.

We would call them again. Our problem was the refrigerator was in our unheated garage It just had to be warmer to work correctly.

Quick and easy. Dryer is working fine.

Great visit - arrived promptly and professionally. Fixed the dryer and advised that the motor may be going bad and that if we would like - he would get a quote on a new motor. The dryer is only three years old and so he showed us how to fix the issue we were having and recommended that we let it go for now as it may or may not happen again.

The service man was very experienced. His first visit was to determine the problem. Then he ordered the part and about two weeks later came to install the part. It went well and the dishwasher works fine. He gave some good advice about the diswasher soap to use and suggested a product that worked really well to remove lime deposits. The interior of my dishwasher looks brand new!

After the second trip nothing had changed so I realized they were making guesses at my expence. I called Able Appliance and at no charge they said to get a GE repair man which I appreciated and Appliance Pros should have done. GE took one look, said the icemaker was leaking and replaced it all for less than $300. But now I have $660 in it because Appliance Pros cost me $360 and ignored my protest. The absolute poorest service ever.

Very simply he advised the dw repair was going to cost more than replacing.

I searched and landed on these guys only due to the proximity and I figured I didnt know anything about any of 'em so just pick one. I called the same day I searched and made an appt for the next day. She said the tech guy would call me a couple hours before my appt and he did and was here well within the time frame. He showed me what the issue was, showed me the part that blew and repaired it. He was very nice, professional and not bothered by my questions nor my cats and was in and out in less than an hour. My B rating on the price and quality was that everyone has their price they charge for time and labor and who am I to know the part was good or bad quality. What I do know is that the fridge got cold and remains cold and if I have problems in the future, I will call them again.

Work was done as promised. No surprises. Very helpful. They don't wave the evaluation fee, if work is completed, like some repair companies. All in all, very happy with service.

First visit-called in am and gave 2 hour window to be out. Came during the timeframe, evaluated the situation, explained seal was causing dishwasher to leak. Stated could order new one and return. I called a week later to check and seal had come in the afternoon before. Arranged for service the following day. Second Visit-called in am and gave 2 hour window. Did not arrive in 2 hour window or call to explain running late. Would not have minded at all if just notified. Did arrive shortly after 2 hour window and was on front porch when returned from errand ran after 2 hour window was over. Overall-they did a good job and the price was reasonable. I would call again if need arises.

Very responsive and great communication. I received a precall the morning of the service which gave me my approximate two hour window. The technician was very clean-cut, friendly, knowedgable, and personable. His work was done quickly. Great experience and seems like a great company.

Professional, arrived on time. Repair completed and no leaks.

Our dishwasher was making a strange noise at certain points in the wash cycle and would keep making it even when we powered it off. Had called Bosch for authorized service and got three names but none of them had good ratings on the web (including Angie's List). Called all of them to check them out, but none could put a service person on the line or explain what might be wrong. Did not have a good feel for any of them. Thought we were at a dead end because since we had called Bosch we figured they had given us all the possibilities. Then we decided to check Angie's List. There were three possibilities that had the Super Service Award for large appliance repair. Of those, Appliance Pros listed Bosch and listed that they work on dishwashers. Called and talked to Todd, who was immediately able to suggest what might be wrong (bad water valve). Asked me if there was water in the bottom of the dishwasher when it was making the noise. I checked and there was. He suggested turning off the water to the dishwasher. Fortunately, we have a shut-off valve on the line and so that is what we did. We appreciated that he mentioned this because if the valve was bad it could end up leaking and we definitely want to cut our losses. Called on a Saturday and he was able to schedule someone to come out on Monday. Said that the service person would call Monday morning with a two-hour time window. Said what the service call would cost and that the service person would ask before doing any work that would go beyond that cost. Also mentioned that they might not have the part on the truck, so gave him the model number in case that would help. Come Monday, Brad called and said he would be at our house between 1:00 and 3:00. Went home from work and arrived at 1:00. Brad arrived at 2:40, which is within the window but getting to the end of it. Within a few moments he confirmed Todd's suspicion about what was wrong. He even knew how to cause the sound to happen and did that a few times, just to be sure. Said what would cost so agreed to have the work done. He went back out to the truck to get the part and before long it was fixed and running again. Brad mentioned that a lot of dishwashers have this same problem but said that they usually only last six to eight years but ours had lasted ten. He also asked what detergent we were using. We use ECOVER. He said that if it was working for us that it was fine, although he would recommend Finish. Also mentioned that many customers were having trouble with Cascade. We appreciated the extra information.

The built-in refrigerator that was in the house when we moved in appeared to be pulling away from the wall at the top. The service technician arrived on time the day after I called and investigated the problem. He adjusted the leveling plates to raise the front of the unit and cleaned out the drain line from the refrigerator section to the evaporator pan. He was very professional and did an good job.

Had a repair done on LG dishwasher. Paid money, the next day the dishwasher quit working. Basically I'm committed to never calling service repair guys again. The price of service is completely stupid, just buy a new dishwasher. Regardless of the fact that the dishwasher repair was incomplete, the price is just not worth it. Just like any other kind of consumer electronics.
