He was great! He was very professional and personable. He explained exactly what he was going to do and showed me the results of each sprinkler head and the flow rate. I was very satisfied. I would not hesitate to use his services again.

The rep was on time, and did the work that was requested. The only think missing from the equation was the professionalism. We were thinking the guy was having a bad day but had a pretty bad attitude or is completely lacking in social skills. He was pretty short in his responses to me and did not review the work with us or tell us he was leaving. He did get the work done though.

It went well. We had a freeze and we weren’t able to winterize it. The first time they came out was within two weeks and then we had to wait another two weeks before they could actually complete the service. There was no additional charge. There was no problem. There was nothing that stood out about the experience.

They were not all that great. They promised me that they would take this up as a first call and be here around between 8 to 9'o clock. I waited till 9.30 and called them up and they said that you are not the first stop of the day and would not be there till mid day. They don't work with your schedule. I would say poor communication.

It was fine. There was no extra charge. The price was fine.

They did a terrible job. I have sprinklers that are up right now because they left water in them and they froze. There are about 5 of them that are broken that I will have to have replaced in the spring. I've used them for a while but this is the first time I've had an issue. The lines weren't blown out completely. I usually expect to have to replace one or two, but there were 5 that popped up and still had water in them.

They did a great job. We were very happy with them. I paid for what I got and it was a good project. They came out right on time and did the estimate. They started the job when they said they were going to. Everything worked out fine.

The service went well. It was easy to make an appointment. When they came back in the spring, something had broken in the line, but they fixed it free of charge, because they thought it was their fault.

I scheduled the service as an advertised "special deal" through Angie's List because their special was a cheaper price than the company I normally use and they could provide the service at an earlier date than the other company. The Lawn and Sprinkler Guys were very easy to deal with, were right on time, and seemed to do a good job, having never worked with my sprinkler system prior to this call. The only concern I have is that when blowing the water out of the system in the back yard, the technician never went to the back to make sure all the water was blown out, as the previous company's technician had always done. When I asked the Lawn and Sprinkler Guys' technician about this he said he knew the rate of pressure would have forced all the water out (or something to that affect). Anyway, I don't know if there is a problem or not. (I guess if there is, I won't know until the sprinklers are turned back on.) Other than that concern, which may or may not be warranted, they did a good job.

I think they did a pretty good job. I had to have them come out again just for my lawn. They did their applications but there were still weeds. So they came out and did it again. That was fine. It was a big deal purchase.

It turned out well. The company sent one tech who was at my home for an hour; overall he did a good job.

They did what they said they'd do. They have routine scheduling and came on time, and they were at my home for about 20-30 minutes each time.

Had to reschedule since due to a hard freeze the access point was frozen. Downgraded their responsiveness a bit since I didn't get a call back for a couple of days (by which time we were on vacation). Generally satisfied and will use them in the spring at the beginning of the season.

They were courteous and really helpful. They didn't charge me more than I was quoted.

Provider was punctual and efficient. He wasn't very talkative which I like. He got right to the job and finished it in a timely manner.

Tech was very professional and completed the work in the time given.

The service was very fast and they confirmed the day prior and day of service when the team would arrive to do the work. I'd definitely use them again for other lawn & sprinkler issues.

It worked out fine. They were decent. They did a survey of things that needed improvement and gave me an estimate on how much it'd be to fix them.

The service went fine. They did exactly what the deal stated. I am not sure how effective the treatments were. The same person came out each time for the treatments. I never actually spoke with the technician but they did a fine job. I was at work while they were doing the service. The office manager, Debbie, is very good and I enjoy working with her. The owner, Scott, has done pretty a good at delivering the service he promised. I also had them install a sprinkler system that has not yet been completed. That is not totally their fault because I needed to have some landscaping moved before they can complete the sprinkler system. They are supposed to be coming back out for that in the spring. I have had no problem contacting them or scheduling the service.

Excellent customer service! They were extremely easy to reach, always followed up, and were prompt, courteous, and efficient. I will be using them going forward for all my sprinkler care!
