Arrived on time and performed as promised. Guys did a great job installing the new irrigation system and calibrating it for maximum coverage. Price was fair and within line with other bids. It's their ratings that made the final decision to to use them. Things were cleaned up when they left and they were respectful of the property. When entering the home to install the controller, the gentleman wore a mask without having to be asked. I look forward to using their services in the future for more of my yard care needs.

Terrible. I was never allowed to speak with the irrigation manager. An employee took my question and then attempted to relay the answer the irrigation manager provided. They were only interested in selling me a new controller for $300. Disgusting response to a customer's inquiry. I fired them on the spot.

Schedule this service for Monday 29 of October at 3:00 pm they canceled our appointment 15 minutes before 3:00 pm promise me doing this service Saturday November 3rd they never showed up I decided to call them never answer left him a message this company isn’t real SCAM do not use all they want is your name and address and at what time you going to be home be aware

On July 11, 2018 I asked to be scheduled for aeration and reseeding of my lawn and asked for a date at the beginning of September. I did not receive any answer so I followed up on July 29th. I did receive a quote back on July 30th which I accepted. I never received a commitment for a firm date so I contacted the company again on August 27 to inquire when they would be performing the work. I received an email back the same day that my scheduled date was September 21st (there was no communication of this date until I asked). On September 21 nobody showed up and nobody called to cancel. When I inquired why nobody had come (or called to cancel) I was told that they had delays due to bad/wet weather (interesting given that there had hardly been any rain this summer). I was told that my new date was October 2. On September 30 I received an email confirming the appointment for October 2 and was asked to confirm my appointment online which I did. On October 2 nobody showed up again and again nobody called to let us know. When I called today (October 3) I was told that their machine had broken down and that they had rescheduled me for October 8. At this point in time it was getting too late for the grass to grow (last year they had aerated and reseeded my lawn in mid-October and nothing grew - a complete waste of ~$1,000) and I canceled (who knows whether they would have shown up on October 8?). As one can see, my comments/experience are in line with a number of other comments - the company is not sticking to deadlines and does not believe communication/heads-up about appointments that they will miss to be important.

On 8/6/2018 I called them twice, left them 1 phone message, and sent them a message through Angie's List. However, today is 8/10/2018 and still have not heard from them. By looking at other reviews and how they treated me. It appears to me they don't seem to respond to new customer when they are busy. Not even responding to Angie's List message is very unprofessional.

They were able to locate a long standing issue with our sprinkler system quickly and make the repair. We were very happy with their work and have already scheduled another appt for them to relocate some sprinkler heads to increase coverage productivity.

I called these people three days ago and never received a call back. Not responsive at all. I wouldn't waste my time if I were you.

I made an appointment for Monday 5/21, and I was no called no showed. I called 30 minutes after our appointment time, and I was told that my appointment was cancelled and he forgot to call me. Everyone makes mistakes so I gave them another chance. We scheduled our 2nd appointment for Tuesday 5/29 and told them to call me 30 minutes before to make sure everything was good. I received my call and was told my guy couldn't be reached, and he'll let me know when they got in contact. Never received a call after that. They were my first call, and it was highly possible I would have gone with them due to other reviews. Unlucky I guess.

Really well. I needed to blow out my system before the first hard freeze, which caught me by surprise last fall. It was supposed to happen Friday night, so I called around early in the week, but no one could get me worked in at least until Saturday. Fortunately, the Lawn and Sprinkler Guys found me a time on Thursday. As I recall, their technician came on time and got the job done well quickly.

It DIDN'T GO! They want $75 for the first 45 minutes to go-thru the system? My system DOESN'T WORK - a new main line needs to be installed!! $75 for the first 45 minutes for an ESTIMATE?? REALLY?? Doubt they're in business much longer if as Debbie stated - this is their company policy!! WOW!!

System was installed where and when I wanted it and I was given detailed instructions on how to operate the system.

They did an excellent job on leveling, putting down some edging, a weed barrier and installing 5 tons of river rock. Have used them before and would most definitely hire them again. First class company.

I told them what I wanted and they suggested attaching the pool drain and rain spout from home to underground drain. Great idea! Great work! I would definitely use them again.

On-time, professional service and replacements and adjustments were made as needed. Will certainly use again to service our sprinkler system.

Everything looked good. Core aeration was very good as well as fertilizing. Over seed would have looked better had it not been for bare spots on the lawn where a new lawn irrigation had been installed. Would have liked to have seen a little more grass seed in these areas.

They did a triple A+ job. I told them what I wanted, and they came up with an idea that was better than what I had suggested. They tied my house and my pool filter system together underground so I didn't have anything up on the lawn. They did an awesome job. They really did a great job. They were finished in 2 days. They put full drains in and tied my house and my pool into those drains and put it all underground for me so I wouldn't have anything extra. It was more than what I wanted to pay, but once he showed me the idea of what he was going to do I thought it was worth it. After I had the experience of having them come out and work on my stuff, I thought it was well worth the money we spent. Yes, I would use this provider again in the future if I needed to.

Checked all irrigation zones and adjusted some sprinkler heads. Found one faulty head and replaced on the spot for an additional, reasonable fee.

Had issues with getting it done first time. In fairness they were on top of it and had someone out to make it right. I would use again.

The technician showed up on time and finished the job professionally.

Job well done, and they responded quickly when we thought that there was a new leak.

Great! Ended up patching a leak I didn't know about, and adjusted and replaced some heads for better coverage. It has made a huge difference.

The technician went over all the system with me and made the necessary adjustments. Any questions I had were answered. I needed four heads changed out and that was done on the spot that did cost extra, but the price was very reasonable. He adjusted the controller and the system is running perfect now. I will call them with any lawn sprinkler problems in the future.

Great. Matt looked at every sprinkler head. Adjusted some, replaced the sprinkler head on a few and offered tips for proper system operation.
