I have been looking for some years now for a sprinkler service company that I could depend on. I think I may have found my guys.

They were prompt, professional and did exactly what was needed.

Very well - they were very efficient and knew what they were doing..

They said that the improvements would be done for time and material costs ($70/hr + materials). The estimate was for approximately 15 minutes work to install 7 new sprinkler heads at a cost of $15 per head and adjust as necessary. The work was done very well, and I was happy with the work done. When he wrote out the bill he also added on a $75 service charge. I asked why when he was already here? He said that was the way they operated. I think it was very unfair to add on another service charge without including it when he gave me the estimate for the additional work. I doubt I will use this company again for this reason.

It was fine. There wasn't much for them to do but they did it. It worked out fine. There was nothing wrong with it. There was nothing spectacular. There were no additional charges. He was kind.

The work was done on time as described. Sprinkler system: Gaven and Scott knew exactly what was needed. The underground pipe was installed using their trenchless pipe laying machine resulting in minimal turf damage. A mix of rainbird and hunter equipment was used to make an efficient system. I believe the water usage will be less than the manual hose tending I was doing. Retaining wall: Scott and Kelly knew just what I wanted. A second tier limestone retaining wall was added. I purchased the stone and Scott arranged the installation. There was barley enough room for the Dingo to place the stone. The second wall was added to fix settled backfill. It looks great. I am looking forward to spring when I can begin planting.

It went well. I bought the coupon at the end of June, but didn't schedule for a several days after. Unfortunately, they got really busy and I couldn't get my sprinklers tuned up until the end of the month. That was my fault. Anyway, the tune-up went well. No problems to report.

Overall great experience. Darren was excellent to work with and did a great job communicating and running the crews. Crew showed up on time, and worked extremely hard. Very professional throughout the process. We had to stop installation mid-way through due to some conflicting utility work on our property. Darren was very flexible and handled it well. I would definitely recommend them for sprinkler installation work.

They came out and checked the sprinkler heads as they winterized the system. I bought an Angie's List deal, s price was reasonable. I planned on leaving a review after the system was switched back on in the spring, but never had it switched back on this year due to high levels of rain at the start of the season. I would consider using them again.

I think it was okay. i complaints regarding 2 years ago. I used them to tune up my sprinkler and I wasn't satisfied. They sent a guy to my house to find the control box and I wasn't there. I complained to the owner and he gave me a fifty dollar discount. I was okay with that. It just seemed to cost too much.

The service provided arrived on time and was very professional. We had a large number of knock-out rose bushes we hadn't cut back and he charged into the thorns like a champ! I was very impressed. I actually offered to cut the roses back for him and he wouldn't let me. He sacrificed his body for the sake of my sprinklers. Well done!

Tech was on time and very knowledgeable. He walked my wife through how to program the system and then tested each zone to ensure it worked properly. Once head had to be replaced and he made a recommendation to fix a broken drain cover. After running the system, we found a leak in one of the line stations. The company sent a rep out right away, provided an estimate and resolved the issue. They also provided recommendations on how to properly winterize the system as well.

They did an excellent job. On time and very professional. Would definitely recommend to others.

I needed all heads checked, adjusted and 10 replaced, the work was done impeccably, but I was charged about 200$ more than expected.

The worker came on time, in fact a little early. He dove into the work quickly and got several of the items fixed that I needed done. He replaced 6 sprinkler heads and repaired a leak. He found the problem with the leak and was careful to work around the fiber optic cable in the yard, without damage. Overall good company.

It went great. We'll use them again. It was a quick job for them. I'll have them back in the Fall. They're very friendly and courteous.

Install took two days mainly due to the number of rocks they found under ground. Installation went well and the overall cleanup of the yard after install was very minimal. Just a few high spots to knock down due to the vibration trencher.

Things went well until the spring. I had another company open up the system and discovered on of the valves had not been turned off.

They missed the appointment. I waited and they didn't show up. I had to call and reschedule. Service went fine.

This was my first time using this company and I set a late afternoon appointment to allow me to get home. They advised it could be anytime after 3 PM which was fine. But as it got close to 6 PM I was beginning to wonder. Then they called and apologized and advised they were still going to show up that evening (which was fine by me). One young man showed up around 6:45 PM. I showed him my system and he started making adjustments. He called for help as he had several heads to replace and wanted to make sure they completed the job before dark. The 2nd technician showed up shortly afterwards and they completed the job with sunlight to spare. They were both very professional, provided me the cost before doing the head replacements and were very quick and efficient. I will definitely call them again with any sprinkler issues.

We received several bids for the job and this was the least expensive but also the most efficient system. The drip system for the bushes and trees is a tremendous water saver as is the Cyber-rain controller (for which you can receive a tax credit in California because it is so efficient). The team that installed the system was prompt and efficient. We did have some lawn repair to do after the job -- planting grass seed and leveling some areas, but otherwise there was fairly minimal damage. When we planted an area in the back of our house the crew returned very promptly to finish the job and they also replace, at no cost, one of the sprinkler heads that was malfunctioning. I highly recommend this company.
