The Lawn and Sprinkler Guys

These guys are easy to communicate with and do good work. I've had them replace heads and rezone the system in the past and I can say they are consistent in their qualify and professionalism.

They repaired the leak and explained what the underlying problem was (this was the second time we'd had a problem with leaks on this system that is less than 2 years old). We hired them to correct the underlying problem as well. This is a very professional company. One of the few that responded to our initial request for service in a very timely manner. The service was performed and billed as per the estimate. They even took the time to adjust our sprinkle heads so that we get better coverage on our lawn.

As far as we know, so far so good.

Worked was performed professionally, on time , no issues

The Lawn & Sprinkler Guys arrived at the stated time and were polite and professional. We will definitely be using their services again.

It went well and fast. However the office told me it would be installed the end of November and it was but I never heard back but on the day before thanksgiving the utilities were marked and then we were heading out of town and there was the owner to check and prepare for the work to begin. It's a good thing we were still home. They did the work while we were gone and then returned Monday to do the hookup and panel installation in basement. It worked well but was ready to be winterized as cold weather was coming. Can't wait to use it next spring.

Made appt. they cancelled once and rescheduled, but never actually showed on reschedule.

They were responsive and they came out when they said they’d be here. He did a great job and he did extra work. He found some other problems that had to be done and the fee was reasonable.

Great! Very informative and offered ideas to optimize the system - install pressure adjustable spray heads.

Great, the service person was on time and fixed the adjustment on several heads and buried a head that was above ground.

Went Ok. My issue is I pointed out three sprinklers that might need extra care and those of course were all selected to be replaced. Part of the deal was to clean nozzles and heads. I was told the price for replacement up front, but was not consulted before the three were replaced, so I was not given the opportunity to decide which if any would be replaced. I didn't feel like a reasonable attempt was made to improve the performance of those heads before they were replaced.

Service was good and service person seemed knowledgeable. After moving to a new house, we hadn't touched the sprinkler system. He checked that all worked, adjusted some that had become buried or off-kilter, and taught me how to program and use the system. Scheduling was a bit annoying as I thought I signed up for 8am, but later (when I called about a no-show around 8:30) learned that it was anytime between 8am - noon. Was told he was on his way shortly, then received a call about 9:45 saying he was actually on his way. Very minor issue for me since I'm home anyway, but something to clarify up front if you have a schedule to keep. Work was good. Will call them again for future work.

We have never used the system, as we just moved into our home. The service man found a wire cluster that had been cut during a utility installation. He repaired it, but needed to come back to add a box to the place he repaired. He told me to leave the hole with the dirt pile open and when the new service person came IN TWO WEEKS, they would cover the hole. I was shocked! What if it rained?! There would be a huge hole that my kids could trip over and break the wires again and/or hurt themselves! He said he was not able to finish it because he has another job scheduled he needed to go to. I am outdone! If they are overbooked, they should have told me that. My assumption was that a job started would be completed if at all possible before moving on to the next thing. My plan is to call around to find someone else who can finish their work. The worker was kind and knowledgeable, but it was clear he needed to follow his orders from headquarters, which seemed unfortunate to me. He also bumped his time spent here by 15 minutes. When I asked headquarters about this, they stated it was because they charged from when they pulled in front of our home...not from when they knocked. Not pleased at all!

I paid more than the Big Deal that I purchased. I thought it was reasonable though.
