Ron from Sierra Pool & Spa Repair was great. He came out the same day we called and diagnosed our pool heater problem. He even came back on a Saturday to install the part, knowing we had a birthday party the next day. He really saved the day and made us and our 9 year old birthday girl very happy. THANKS!

I've never used this service before and I immediately received a response from Sierra Pool & Spa. After reading some info and customer input on their web site, i decided to call them and get a quote. He already knew who I was and said he was about to call me. He gave me a preliminary diagnostic and a price range and said he could be there within the hour if I wanted. I was going to call a couple more businesses, but the fact that he could come out immediately impressed me. He came out and fixed the problem right there and I only had to pay the service fee. These guys are great and I will definitely use them again.
