I was extremely disappointed. We live 55 miles from Springfield and Ron charged us $290 just for the service call. I understand needing to charge for the long distance, but he could have taken an Uber for less than that! Also, we needed a part and he was going to charge us another $290 to get the part and come back out, on top of the part and labor cost. I think that is highway robbery (literally!) If he did not want to come this far he should have just said so. $290 was just way overkill!

Sierra is the best !! I needed my Hot Tub fix, they called before they came, showed up on time and had my tub fix and going within 30 minutes. Professional, Knowledgeable, and very nice to deal with. I've had many other people over the years come work on my stuff, and most are unproffessional that want to show how smart they are and try to make you feel dump -Jody- But Sierra is the upmost in professionalism. My go to Guys from now on !!

I called with about a pool pump with multiple leaks and was amazed when Ron came out the same afternoon of the day I called. His service was thorough and he helped me understand why I had the problem (cheap hoses!!!) so in the future I can avoid this problem. This service ROCKS!!!!😎

Both our outdoor Jacuzzi spa and interior Jacuzzi jetted tub were not working. Ron quickly identified the problem, ordered the appropriate parts, and scheduled a return visit to complete the repair. The repair was completed quickly and for less than the original estimate. I am most impressed by Ron's promptness at returning my call, his thorough explanation of the problem, and his honest assessment of the situation after quickly identifying the problem. Ron is honest, prompt, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely call him again should my spa/jetted tub need service in the future.

My hot tub was smoking! I went on line to search for a repair man. I found Sierra and based on the testimonials chose them for my repair needs. I placed a call that was promptly returned. Ron took the time to hear the issues and expressed concern even empathy that this could be a major repair. We set up an appointment and he was there when he said he would be. Ron walked me through the issues and options and answered extensive questions.. I also needed a hot tub cover so took the measurements and ordered in for me. As soon as the new motor and blower came in (yeah, I had a big problem) he called and completed the repair. I could not have asked for a better experience. The old adage that you get what you pay.... when Ron leaves you know that you paid for a repair that was done right and you were treated with utmost respect. Ron is a professional who still puts the customer in customer service. Not only do I have a hot tub that is like new, I have the confidence that it is fixed correctly and if there is an issue he will make it right. That is a good feeling and not one that is common in today's business world. I highly recommend Sierra Pool and Spa. If I need repair services again for either the hot tub or pool, I would not hesitate to contact Sierra.
