Phone call was received within a timely manner on the same day after my contact was made. Scheduled date and time was placed although the professional was a few minutes late to begin the project. Explanations with the spa system problems and advisement for corrections were given. The cost rate was one hour less than originally quoted as he completed the project sooner. We requested that he continue to serve us as he listened to our needs and served us with integrity and cordiality.

We had our leaking 5 year old hot tub serviced by a plumber recommended by the supply warehouse who sells that brand. It still leaked, and we were so frustrated that we waited nearly a year to go at it again. We found Sierra Pool & Spa Repair online. Ron was prompt and professional, and did what needed to be done. In less than a week, we were up and running again, and the hot tub was as good as new. We had to replace several parts, including the heater, and Ron had it all on the truck with him. He also gave us some valuable advice about using chemicals which will hopefully prevent any future problems. We could not be more pleased!
