Description of Work: My wife noticed a wet spot on the ceiling of the bathroom. I feared a roof leak and called Above and Beyond. A representative came to the house, climbed up on the roof and told me that the flashing around a vent pipe had not been properly sealed. He used a can of sealing compound to fix the problem. He didn't charge me and there has been no leak since. He also told me that my roof was in good condition otherwise.
