Window Brite

The Window Brite staff was great. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and were interested in what my needs and expectations were before they started. We have a "hipped" (as in very steep) roof line so it's not an easy job for us to handle on our own. They did a great job on my windows on a cold and windy day and right after they left the sun came out for a little while and I couldn't believe the difference. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

they were so good and left everything clean and neat. had to move furniture to get to the inside windows and did so carefully. cleaned all the screen as well before replacing them. We have an older home with the cheapo mullions still in place for the "faux paned" look. they are extremely hard to snap back in place and break easily because they are so old but the guys didn't break a one!!! very impressed and will use them twice a year to have sparkling windows.

I filled in the on-line form for an estimate. Kim called back and reviewed the estimate to be sure the window count was correct. She said the crew would review the window count when they arrived and make any needed adjustment to cost. Crew arrived a bit earlier than we expected so we had moved some items to allow access to inside of a couple of windows. But they started with the gutters so we could get everything ready inside. After the gutters were cleaned they inside and went to work efficiently to remove screens, clean windows, etc. The were careful to wear booties to protect the indoor flooring. The jobs were done quickly and completely. I took a careful look at the windows and they were all done perfectly. When they were completed I was told the window count was incorrect in that there was actually one less window than on the estimate so the cost was reduced by $9.50. All in all a good job done well and promptly. I certainly recommend Window Brite.

The two workers showed up on time and after greeting me got right to work. They were friendly, fast, thorough, and took care to make the windows shine! I will use this company again and would recommend them to others.

Workers were very nice. Windows were streaked. Roof windows need special cleaner, which left white streaks on windows. Cleaner for inside windows dripped on sofas and left spots. Cleaning and washing did not remove them. They did come back to do it but it didn't help.

Crew arrived on time, were friendly, and got right to work. Finished job in a timely manner. Pointed out seal failure that I had not noticed in two windows. Although their behavior was quite professional, both men could use new T-shirts. They looked rather shabby.

Two window cleaners showed up as scheduled. They worked very efficiently and my windows sparkled when they were finished. There were some hard water stains on the lower level windows and they worked to get them as clean as new. I appreciated that they wash the screens and clean the tracks instead of just brushing the screens. Everyone involved was very pleasant to deal with and I will use them again in the future
