Window Brite

I have been using this company for 6 years. I have had something go wrong every year. I kept them because they stored my lights and usually came out to fix it in a reasonable time frame. This year, Kim, the owner called me in Sept/Oct to confirm my installation week. I said yes. The week came and no installation. I called to check on it. She said there was a 5 day delay because of snow (which melted the next day). I told her ok, but communication would have been nice. She proceeded to get rude and nasty with me, telling me that she’s not going to call her 100 clients, I asked about email, but she didn’t hear me because she kept talking over me. I told her that I have never been spoken to like this by a company and that we will probably be using a different company next year to which she said she’d be happy to drop my lights on my front doorstep and I could use them this year. THIS is how a 6 year customer is spoken to and then the job is dropped the week of installation. Never apologetic, unwilling to communicate... I will NEVER use them again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable company who specializes in speaking to their customers respectfully. Absolutely awful.

Fast and efficient. Adam and Eric are an effective team. The techs were friendly and professional. They worked hard an fast - no idle time. Our windows are so clean that it looks like the glass is gone.

We were very happy with the service. The servicemen were punctual, reviewed the windows to be cleaned, then started right in. They completed the job in approximately 4 hours and left everything as they had found it. Would recommend!

The Window-Brite team made our house look like new! Not only did the guys do a phenomenal job, but they took extra care to ensure our recently-placed mulch didn't get bleached out with the cleaning. They were fast, thorough, and although our house took a little longer than they'd originally planned, they stuck to the agreed-upon price. We are very happy, and will absolutely have the Window-Brite team back out when we need them.

It went well. We were able to get Window-Brite to come sooner than expected, because we will have out of town guests arriving early. They were flexible, which was much appreciated. And, when I noticed a spot, they went back immediately and ensured it disappeared in no time at all. They worked efficiently. I would recommend them.

Called and requested a quote, they told be someone was in the area and was going to have the person stop by. Was told if the person was unavailable they would have one out on that Friday and have the quote on my front door. I know the weather got really cold, but still no one has stopped by.

Workers were hesitant to climb on sunroom glass roof for fear of damaging it. Therefore, I declined having them clean the outside of the glass roof. The rest of the job was very well done.

Great! Two employees were sent and handled their jobs in a very professional manner. Would definitely hire them again.

The crew was on time and got to work immediately. They were efficient, thorough and careful about moving things on the ground. When they were done, the house sparkled!

The two Window Brite guys who came were on time and super professional from the get go. We have a two-story house and a lot of windows, so they were here nearly 3 hours. But wow, what a difference to have such clean windows and screens, inside and out! Though our windows are newer (and open from the inside to allow easy cleaning on the outside), we had already discovered that our windows can only open that way from the bottom, but not from the top, making it much more difficult to wash the windows ourselves. Plus we had some windows in a 30 ft tall stairwell, so those needed cleaning, too. Each screen was taken out and cleaned separately, then replaced on the correct window where it came from. They had special coverings on their ladder, so as not to ding or mar the walls inside. Plus they were extra cautious about everything. One of the workers obliged my request to bring out his stacking ladder again to remove some cobwebs from the upper part of the stairwell, which was just a nice thing to do. We were very pleased with their work!

The work was done thoroughly. And when the workers determined that windows on our screened-in porch could not readily be removed for cleaning, they spoke with us and adjusted our bill accordingly.2

It could not have gone better. Two person crew, Adam and Josh, arrived on time, introduced themselves, reviewed the work to be done and then went right to work. They both were very professional, courteous and extremely hard working. All work performed to complete satisfaction in 6 hours and that included a lunch break so they could let the house dry prior to cleaning the windows on the outside. I rated all categories "A" because I was completely satisfied with all services ... excellent work. I will definitely use them again when the need arises will recommend them to friends and family that need this type of service.

Truly Awesome job. Ralph and his grew were terrific. Weather was a little crummy, but this crew did a great job. House and patio look new. On time.....very professional.......fast turn around......friendly and courteous. Cleaned up nicely before they left. Quality job for sure. Would highly recommend and definitely will have them back. Last spring had them wash windows - inside and out. Quality was excellent there as well. Great to have service providers as good as this Company.

I was very pleased with the quality and professionalism of the entire company, from the initial phone call, to the email follow-up, and to the actual window cleaning. I will definitely use Window Brite again.

They arrived well within the window of their arrival, and began immediately. They finished our whole house within 2.5 hours. We are so happy with their work, and at a great price!

They were terrific: Professional, timely and extremely competent. Our windows are literally sparkling. We have a large number of windows and some are VERY high (one is 30 feet) This crew was clearly very experienced.

They arrived on time and completed the work in about three hours. They were courteous and professional. I would hire them again.

The service and end product was great, however, after the crew left I had to go around and pick up Camel cigarette butts out of my landscaping that is finished in black rock. Please bring an ashtray or something to dispose your cigarette butts into while on the jobsite. Etiquette is part of professionalism and that's why I rated them with a D in this area.

The workers were on time. they checked the windows and began to clean. They didn't stop until the windows were spotless. They also removed Christmas decorations from the outside of our home and cleaned the gutters.
