Window Brite

Did not happen because their ad did not state they do not do storm windows. I can't believe a window cleaning company excludes storm windows.

Staff arrived promptly, as scheduled, and they left the windows spotless. They did an excellent job and I'd hire them again.

The crew was very proficient, professional, courteous and were very pleasant to work with. Some of the windows were difficult to get to because of trees/bushes/landscaping objects in their way, but they accessed the windows needed and did a great job of cleaning all of the windows we needed done.

Didn't go well at all. Came late-no call. Then they got here and more than doubled the price from their great deal of $320 to $688. At that point, I asked them to leave.

They were a little early, which was perfect! The two guys that came were courteous and respectful of my home. They wore bootys over their shoes when inside. They worked diligently to get the job done in the 90 plus temperature. This is the 3rd time I have used Window Brite and each time it is the same. I highly recommend.

Excellent service! They were very careful in moving furniture and put everything back in place!

Two men arrived at the designated time and went right to work. First they took out the screens and washed them and cleaned the dirt out of the window sills. Then one started washing the outside windows while the other started washing the inside windows. While they were inside the house they covered their feet with paper booties to keep my floors clean. They worked quickly and quietly and did not disturb me while I worked at home. They did a very good job with the windows. They look great.

Two men arrived timely. They gave me a heads-up call 1/2 hour ahead. They got to work quickly and efficiently. When I sent my primary message to set up window cleaning, I asked for power washing of my back exterior wall. When the receptionist called to set an appointment, she only addressed the windows. She seemed rushed, so I didn't ask about the power washing. I will have someone else do that. The window washing, however, was well done.

I found the company on Angie's List. When I called the company, the woman gave me an estimate over the phone. I was concerned that I had not counted some of the windows correctly. I was told that the team would count the windows before they began so that I had an estimate before they started. The crew was scheduled to come the following week. I was told they would arrive between 10 and noon. They arrived about 11:00 and counted the windows. I was a little bit off in my counting, but was okay with this because we had just bought the house and the windows desperately needed to be washed. The crew was here about 3 hours. During the cleaning the crew would periodically bring me to a window to show me where a seal needed to be fixed or if there was moisture between the panes. Not all of the screens were in the windows, but I showed them where they were in the garage. They cleaned them and asked me if I wanted them to be put back into the windows or left out. I wanted to pay for it with a credit card, which required the woman at the main office to call me. When she called me to get my credit card number, I was walking into the doctors office with 2 of my kiddos. I asked her if I could call her back and she was very understanding. When I called her back to give her my number, she asked me if I was satisfied with the service and told me to call if I discovered any problems. I was THRILLED when I walked back into the house. I could not believe what a huge difference it made. The clean chandelier in the front hall makes a huge difference. The house seems so much brighter! I will definitely call them back when they need done again!
