Description of Work: I called, spoke to the owner on the phone, he happened to be out on another job, so he drove to my house and was there within half an hour, picked everything up and hauled it away. He gave me advice forfuture items, as well as suggestions for some items my son was looking to get hauled away.

I have used them a few times now and they are ALWAYS on time, are ALWAYS polite and professional and -- most importantly -- are cost-efficient. I have priced similar services and they come in lower.  + 1 moreI made a call to St. Charles junk and they came the very next day to remove the items I described. The BBQ was in fairly good condition so the owner planned to find another home for it. The couch and its cushions were done for and would go to the dump. Both men were capable and worked well as a team. I would definitely call this service again.
Description of Work: I had two items to be hauled away; a very heavy large BBQ to be recycled and sofa couch that had to be destroyed to get out the door. Both items were removed.

 + -1 moreI called Bart on a Saturday, made the appointment for 3:30pm. Monday When I could be there from work. They were there at the precise time I got there. They both Bart & Jeff introduced themselves to me and my mother. (it was her house & she's in her 80's I take care of her affairs since my dad's passing). They had everything loaded and swept up in approximately 15 minutes. They were very professional & very pleasant.
Description of Work: Hauled off 3 broken recliners, an old fertilizer spreader, an old alternator, and a small pile of lumber & wood pieces damaged by termites. Swept up the debris left on the garage floor.

 + -1 moreThese guys were outstanding from start to finish. I had a ton of junk/scraps around my house that I needed removed, since we were moving. They came, surveyed the situation, gave me a very reasonable estimate, then showed up promptly when they said they would to haul everything away. I didn't lift a finger and all of my headaches were removed.
Description of Work: I had a lot of old "stuff" around the house that needed to go, due to a move. There were loads of scrap items, from paint to old furniture, toys, lawn furniture, etc.
