Kent was our service man, absolutely awesome! He was on time, very personable, and very professional. His trouble shooting skills are beyond professional. He took the time not only to explain what might be the problem but he took the time to make sure what was being explained was understood. Though the problem was not fixable through the company, turns out it's the main line to the home (which is from a city owned well) he has made several phone calls to fellow plumbers to see who would be able to fix the problem.

He gave me a diagnosis but did not fix it. He also charged $100 more than what the lady from the office said it would be and wouldn't let me use my coupon from Angie's list, which the office said I could.

Everything went fine. The employee was on time and quickly cut off the piece of water line where it was dripping and put on a new one. He explained what he was going to do and showed me the piece he cut out when finished.

Precision Plumbing Solutions told me it would be a $65 service call and that someone would be at my house between 2 and 4PM. I took off from work early so I could be at my home during the 2 hour window. Someone finally showed up at my door at 6:00PM. He walked in and explained that it would be almost $350 just to replace a customer supplied garbage disposal! If they didn't want my business they should have been up front with me from the beginning. My advice is to stay away from any business that treats people like this.

Great! The old cartridge needed to be replaced. He had one with him so the biggest problem was breaking out the old one. Timely and professional was our experience with this provider. A nice extra was that they had a coupon that I could use to reduce the overall cost.

I felt I was VERY overcharged for the service! Plumber shut the door so I could not see him working as I stood in bedroom, took q short time to install. Charged $319.00 that was with a Angie's list coupon reduction. He also put on shoe covers outside in driveway rain and when asked him to change them once inside he seemed annoyed. I did not want wet shoe covers with pollen tracked on my carpet up stairs. Very unhappy, will never use again.

The whole process went well. They were able to come out an hour after I called. Josh was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and showed me where the issues were coming from. I've never had plumbing services before so I can't speak to the price, but I would definitely ask for Josh for any future services.

The work was done quickly and everything seems to be working fine now. The price seemed a little on the high side, but the tech. and his assistant were very personable and knowledgeable. Overall, I was very pleased.

Cheap rates, same day service, great customer service. Very happy we called.

They did send the same technician as last year. That was good. He answered all my questions about the dynamics of plumbing. They offer $35.00 off any service completed on their website. I was pleased.

I called Precision Plumbing in the morning and they were at my house that afternoon. Josh worked 3 hours to get the problem resolved. It was the worst he had seen in his 7 years as a plumber. He ran various snakes and attachments 4 different times before the blockage was finally dislodged and the water ran freely with no backups. He worked non stop and assured me he would get it fixed and he did. Not only that, he replaced my under sink piping for me which was in dire straits. I can't say enough about the non stop hard work that he put in to promptly fix our plumbing problem. It was greatly appreciated! And the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely call them with future plumbing issues and would highly recommend them to family, friends, and anyone in need of professional plumbing services. He got the drain unclogged and was very professional and thorough, and prompt. However, I was charged $65 for the service charge, $120 to take the toilet off and put back on (which he did not tell me was an additional charge---I could have done that myself), and then it was another $285 to unclog the drain. None of the charges were disclosed until the end when it was too late to do anything about it.

It went great! Josh had done work for me a few times prior and I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Also, he's just a nice guy! For this job, he arrived early - a plus - and he did an excellent job. The drain looks so much better and works perfectly. And, as an added bonus, Josh charged significantly less than his original estimate! That is not something I've ever experienced from other service providers. It says a lot about his honesty and integrity. I would most definitely recommend Precision Plumbing. Thanks again, Josh!

Kent and Richard did a great job. They showed up on time and explained everything to me so all the work to be done was understood up front. They were friendly and efficient. I felt like they did the work to excellent standards. They even stayed past their work time to finish the job so I did not have to take another day off from work. They ensured everything was working properly before they left. I am extremely pleased with their work.

Excellent! Justin was prompt and top of the line professional. He ran to get necessary parts for us so that we wouldn't be without the sink and dishwasher over the weekend. He went out of his way to get us taken care of. I would definitely recommend Precision Plumbing to anyone I know and will call again for additional plumbing needs! It is rare to find a tradesman who takes such professional pride in his work, and ensured that everything he did was perfect. As Josh said, "It has to be right, my name is on this job." I am ecstatic with the job that Josh did for us.

They were really expensive for what they did. On the initial walk through, he started telling me what different pieces of equipment I had, and what maintenance it needed. It felt like a sales job the whole time. They did good work. They were responsive. He was there when he said he was going to be there.

Took several hours to install new kitchen faucet. Two toilets were very hard to flush. Charged $96.00 for two gaskets that cost only $1.99 each. After complaining received a $60.00 credit

Awesome!! We called at 11am and the repairman was there at 1:30pm!! Same day!! Kent is O'Fallon's own Ty Pennington! Very informative and pleasant, explained everything very well! We couldn't believe we called at 11am on a MONDAY morning and he was there 2 1/2 hours later! Other places gave us an estimate of a few days to a week before they could get out there! Kent WAS superman that day!!

I called and they scheduled a plumber to come that day. They called back and gave me the plumber's name and a 2 hour window that he would arrive. He was prompt, explained what the problem was and what he would need to do. He gave me a discount for using angie's list as a referrral. He cleaned out the drain pipe thoroughly and we haven' t had any problems since then. I would definitely hire them again.

They arrived on time and were willing to discuss options.

Our second experience with Precision, and even though technician arrived 30 minutes past appt time, I still give them an "A." I had called for an appt and they were able to schedule us for 8am the next day and this time our technician was Rob - another friendly, knowledgeable and straight-shooting guy. He diagnosed the problem, offered 2 solutions, and did a nice job on the repair option we chose.
