Would recommend against using their services. Charged a service fee for coming out but was only present for ten minutes and made no recommendations. When we discussed putting a camera into the pipes, they said they would charge more money. They will nickel and dime you and not provide you any answers to your problem.

Terrible my finished basement is flooded. The plumber checked my sump pump and said it was in good working condition on Monday. I was charged $78 for the service call. The plumber then said that he did a complete inspection that he would have to charge me an additional $99 for. Friday morning I discovered my basement flooded with water soaked carpeting. They refuse to help me in any way. And the owner will not return my phone calls.

It did not go well at all! Plumber arrived at my home to fix leaky kitchen faucet. He said the cost was $78.00 and if I wanted to use card it would be an additional 3% therefore I wrote a check for $78.00 . About 10 days later I receive a letter from their office stating their check reader machine malfunctioned and could not read my check so I needed to submit another form of payment or call the office if I had questions. I called the office and asked for them to return my check but I was told the check had been shredded. I proceeded to give bank card information which was processed through my bank not for the original fee of $78.00 payable to Precision Plumbing but it was processed for $174.00 payable to Burke Plumbing. I called the company and asked first of all who is Burke Plumbing and secondly WHY was the payment processed for an additional $96.00. The individual apologized and promised to send out a refund check for overpayment the next day. A week goes by and still no refund. I call a second time and was told "oh I am so sorry, the check was put in the mail today....I saw (another individual put it in the mailbox out front). Finally I received the check almost 2 weeks after the overpayment processed through my account! Fast forward approximately 4 weeks later when I begin to see small cent debit and credit transactions against my account (on a Wednesday morning). The following evening I noticed the check for $78.00 processed through my account (that's right! this is the same check the office manager told me was shredded). Since the bank was closed I had to wait until Thursday morning to report the problem. Before I could make it to the bank during the early morning hours the check processed a second time for $378.00. The check was made payable to Precision Plumbing but was changed to an individuals name. Of course I was LIVID! I call Precision Plumbing and angrily explained the situation and asked the office manager WHY???? did you tell me the check was shredded. She went on to say the individuals name on the check was someone who had been recently fired and he never turned in the check he collected from me. What concerns me is WHO at this company is responsible for protecting customer's financial information???? Why aren't checks turned in at the end of a shift? If this individual stole my check (and I was told by O'fallon police Dept they had already received a report for the same situation from another customer) did you do a thorough background check before hiring him?? I had to take off 2 days from work to make police reports, go to several banks to change banking information, order new checks, request new bankcards, and then spend countless hours changing all my financial information with creditors. I question all financial transactions processed by this company because they first overcharge me and then mysteriously my check reappears and is cashed twice. My bank said the individual was able to cash twice because he processed through ACH transactions and mobile transactions. I am totally frustrated with this entire situation!!

Was prompt and very professional. Quickly assessed situation and gave us a price to fix. They repaired at fair price and left the room very clean and couldnt even tell they worked there. They were very nice and I am very happy with their service. I would definitely use them again.

My review was removed by the company!! Replaced by a reply, arguing because they are sending someone out to fix the toilet that was not correctly repaired. The price for the services was horrendous. I am 82 and felt cornered into paying the price that was quoted. I was upset that I ended up paying over $500 for the job that was done. I am hoping this review does not get deleted or I will need to report this to Angie's list. Indeed, they are sending someone out. They will discuss the toilet and fix. They will check the price paid also. It doesn't change the fact that I think we were overcharged.

The gentleman went over & above. He didn’t give up just kept at it until he cleared the toilet, he even refused a tip????

Explained up front what was probably the problem and what it would cost to fix.Actually found that it wasn't as bad and fixed the issue.

They gave a sketchy quote and were to call me on Mon.11/2. I called them at 11; was told they would call back in 3 hrs. , No call ever rec'd !! I got another plumber who is great !!

He ended up replacing it; had a replacement In his truck. The gentleman sent was very soft spoken, had wonderful, kind, peaceful vibes. Very impressed. The entire project took less than 45 minutes to complete.

I submitted a request through Angies List requesting a quote for sump pump replacement. I never received a call back therefore I had to call them to schedule. First of all, the customer service representative sounded like she really does not like her job. Second, I was told I would have to pay $68 for the plumber to come out and provide a quote. I have spoken with several other companies for quotes and none of them charge a fee. Not sure if that fee is refundable if you hire them because she never bothered to explain.

Precision Plumbing employees have been very helpful this time as well as on two previous occasions. After my master plumber of 20 years passed away, I was hesitant to try out a new plumber. I was so relieved to find Precision Plumbing. They have done excellent work for me in early August 2020 and twice before in early 2020. Everything works well, with no leaks or problems. Their plumbers appear to be very well trained and are very courteous. Chad found and fixed the root of a problem which my previous master plumber missed diagnosing. I highly recommend the company.

The best. My water heater stopped working and Precision Plumbing Solutions repaired it the same day. The plumber was Dan and he did a great job. I can't say enough about the response and the service.

Toilet repair and replacement of 2 shut-off valves

First they wanted $125.00 for "emergency" service which was that day from 4pm -6pm. I called them around 10am. They wanted my credit card info before hand in case I cancelled, because they'd still charge me the 125. I wasn't going to cancel, so I gave them my credit card info, but I didn't agree with that practice. He arrived close to 6pm. He assessed the problem (obviously clogged shower drain) and said it would be an additional $240.00 to snake it. It took him maybe 10 minutes to snake it. I'm mad at myself for agreeing to this. I had some cleaning up to do also. Company also known as Burke Plumbing.

Great. They were prompt and fast at a reasonable price.

Technician was prompt and quickly identified and repaired the source of the leak.

I told them that the pipe under the concrete is broken. They told me they will send a person to find out the issue. They do send out a person, without equipment, and charge me $69 and tell me he can do nothing unless he has a camera. then they keep change schedules everyday. after 2 weeks, the camera is still not done. And i was trapped at home waiting for their stupid camera for 2 weeks. worst experience ever. and the most expensive charge for camera i have ever seen. This company is not professional and super expensive.

They came out and did the work. I told them that I needed them to also replace the toilet seat and lid. They told me that since I was a previous customer they would not charge me labor, just for the part. When I called them to have the come back out and do the job, they told me it would be over$200. I asked them what about the agreement that we had that they would not charge me for labor and they told me that there was no way they made that deal with me. They did fix my toilet but they over charged me for the work and then over quoted me for more work.

I had a drain back up last week! Rob came out and did a great job! Great same day service!

Had a pinhole leak in a copper pipe in the basement that had caused a fair amount of water damage to some stored stuff before I discovered it. Called at 8:00 in the morning, set up same day appt between 10-12 am, called ahead as promised and showed at 11:00, fixed the problem right away, courteous and professional, was gone by 11:40.

Rob came out and explained my options for a fix on an 11 year old water heater but I chose to replace it along with some other items added on. Rob was very professional and explained everything. would definitely call them again

Always had good experience with PPS in the past. Called for a garbage disposal that quit working. Plumber arrived promptly. Removed old unit and put in a new one. When he left it still did not work. Turned out to be a faulty wall switch that I found and fixed myself after he left. So I paid $425 to have my nice quiet InSinkerator unit replaced with a very noisey unit that I didn't really need anyway. Checking the power to the unit would have saved a lot of trouble.
