They would not replace the seal and said they only replace and don't repair outside faucets. That really was a con job. When I was younger and able to do my own repairs I replaced the seals in my outside faucets several times.

caused two leaks, water drained on my kitchen floor. I phoned for him to fix (michael) he said he did not cause it. had to call another plumber to repair what he broke. terrible

I’ve been using them for over five years and they have done a lot of work in my home. I usually get the same plumber named Kent. He does an extremely good job at a very reasonable price.

He came out with a snake but he recommended coming back with a camera as he was afraid of pushing the blockage into the main sewer line and blocking that line as well. After he came back with the camera he advised that the Y joint be replaced under the basement floor. We decided to get a second opinion from another plumber who also didn't think it sounded right. The other plumber offered to come out and knock the plug out and if it did block the main line they'd have a team come. He ended up just running the snake out to the end of the street. We've had no issues with the line ever since. Precision Plumbing appears to have just been trying to get more money out of us, they even charged my credit card for the replacement of the Y pipe before I said I wanted them to do the work. I had to call them and they immediately cancelled the charge.

Josh was very professional. Answered all my questions about what was going on and questions I had about future things I need repaired. I have to admit I was nervous about trusting any other plumber other than Eric after 15 years, but this experience let me know we found an honest and great company we can trust and rely on! The job was professionally handled. It was not cheap, but the plumber Josh was a pro and did everything he could do to ensure the problem would never occur again. The work was hard, and they did a wonderful job protecting my furniture, and cleaning up after themselves. The attitude and professionalism of the plumber Josh was amazing. Yes it was a lot of money, but they earned every penny.

I called Precision and they said they could send someone at 8pm that evening for $175. Not knowing what a normal house call costs, I accepted. When the plumber arrived, he said that he didn't know why he was there as I didn't have an emergency. Puzzled, I asked what he meant and he said that the emergency rate was $175 while the normal rate was $68. Further, everything he did that night would be upcharged by 15% - 20%. He said that it was too late to get started and didn't do a thing. When I called Precision to inquire, I was told that I had accepted the $175 rate. However, I was never presented a normal house call appointment for $68. So I was out $175 and they literally did nothing. While I agreed to the $175, I wasn't asked if it was an emergency and wasn't told there was a $68 normal hours option. When I asked for the difference to be refunded I was told "no". I don't believe customer satisfaction is high on this company's priority list. My interaction with them was confrontational and defensive when I requested a portion of my money back. They're more concerned with making a buck (not earning) than repeat business.

The person handling the calls and scheduling made sure I would be ok paying for the emergency service call and I agreed. She called in the evening to let me know they were on their way. Two plumbers arrived about an hour later and talked me through the options: either replace the pipe and faucet tonight or cap it off and replace the faucet in the spring. I opted for the easier option of just capping it since it was late in the evening and they’d clearly been working a long day already. They cut the pipe off and capped it, then wrapped the pipe with insulation. They suggested that I cover the two windows in that room with blankets which I did. Josh was awesome and I’m so grateful to them for fitting me in tonight. I can sleep well knowing that my pipe is taken care of. I will be calling them back in the spring to replace the faucet!

Very well. Was there within 40 minutes after I contacted them at 8:30AM. Sunday morning. Worked fast and efficiently and was finished by 10:30AM. Great attitude.

I am going with a different contractor

They replaced 3 inches of copper pipe in basement. It literally took the guy 20 minutes from the time he showed up and left. They charged us $588 to fix the pipe. $200 was an emergency charge and $388 for the pipe. Ridiculous! This kind of service should be a crime!

I called at 8 this morning and Kent arrived at 12:30, very affable and professionally explained what had to be done, the price and fixed everything and more. Kent was concerned that all issues were solved befor he left. I used the Angies List Coupon and saved $35.00 AWESOME!

Called Precision and described the issue, no gas, no hot water. She had Kent come out ASAP and he found the problem. Kent was very helpful and knew exactly what to do. He explained everything he needed to do to find and repair leak. Very pleased with their prompt, thorough and knowledgeable service!

The technician figured out the problem and had the replacement parts in his truck so the job was taken care of in a timely manner.

Provider charges $68 to come out and give estimate so you do not know the cost until they are here and how it might compare to other providers. Not unusual for the industry but I did find some providers that would give me a cost.

This place charged me a lot for a very small job. First of all, their website says, "If we are late, we will waive your service fee, but we are NEVER late." Well, the very nice and proficient technician was 30 minutes late past the window of 2-4pm. He got here at 4:30pm. No one had called me to update me on the timing and I had been putting some other stuff on hold that I could have done at 2pm had I know they would be late. When I brought up the waived service fee he said, "Well, technically I'm not late because I picked up this job because your technician got hung up on another job." Well, technically, yes, you are still late. So they didn't waive that $68 fee. Second of all, my husband and I cut out most of the drywall needed the night before to access the drainpipe for this job (to save money!!) He said he would need to cut out a little more (like 2" on 3 sides, but since we had already done some, he would only charge me $69 instead of $99 for drywall removal. I said I would just cut it out while he got his stuff ready. He offered to charge just $50. I said I would rather cut it out for FREE and it took me about 3 minutes. The job itself was removing a screw put into the drain pipe (probably by the home builder 16 years ago) was about a 10 minute job. He cut a very thin slice out of the drainpipe with a sawzaw and slipped a rubber sleeve over drainpipe and clamped it on. The preset charge for this 10 minutes of work was $179. My husband and I thought this was excessive for a part that is about $6. When I asked at the end of the appt if they were waiving the $68 service fee for being late, he said the office said they couldn't because they were already waiving the drywall removal fee. Why was this considered removing the fee if they never performed that drywall work? I was able to use a $35 Angie's list coupon, but overall $212 for this 10 minute job seemed excessive to both my husband and myself. Wish we'd just researched more and done it ourselves. It would have been $346 had we not had the coupon and removed the drywall!!

went well, just wish plumbing issues were cheaper
