I came to the company because my previous company sold out to them. The work was fine except that he had recommended replacing the toilet which did not seemed necessary. They charge for the toilet, the drain and the service call $450, which seems too much. I would not recommend this company.

Rob was excellent Very professional and very friendly. He replaced 30 year old fictures quickly and his cleanup was excellent. Everything worked and we are thrilled with his installation of the faucets. Will be our goto plumber in the future

Kent arrived on time for the estimate. He was both professional and friendly. He explained the problem and the solution. He answered all of my questions. After taking some pictures and talking to the office, he gave me an estimate. He told me Crystal from the office would call me the next day for scheduling. Unfortunately, Crystal didn't call me until a week had passed. By that time, I had received another estimate (at just over 1/2 of the estimate from Precision) and had the work done to my great satisfaction.

Excellent. Called in the morning. Service tech (Dan) arrived at 2. Work completed by 2:30. Punctual, professional, respectful. Price was competitive. Everything I could have asked for.

The entire process was so quick and easy. I called around 10:45am for an issue with our toilet at our business and Kent got here and resolved the problem within two hours! He was a pleasure to work with, very nice and friendly. I'm very happy with the service we received today and will definitely refer Precision to other people when looking for plumbing work. The plumber Keith did a terrific job in showing up and evaluating the problem. He suggested first to contact the water company and to have them replace the water meter in case that was at fault and it wouldn't cost me anything more. Afterwards, when the water pressure hadn't improved, he came out for a 2nd visit (no additional visit charge) and replaced the Pressure Reducing Valve. That has improved the water pressure in the house. Keith was very conscientious of trying to get the problem fixed and consulted with others, plus he was very professional and nice to us. He was as concerned as we were about not doing pricey work and wanted to make sure that any work would improve or fix the problem. Thank you Keith for the fine work you did!

I received a call to schedule service within an hour of requesting a quote. The scheduler was pleasant and professional. I received a call the day of the scheduled service call stating the technician was running ahead of schedule and asking if they could come earlier than scheduled - yes please. Jason, the service technician was friendly, and worked quickly and efficiently. He discussed the needed repairs with me and showed me the completed work. This is the second time I have used Precision, and I highly recommend them - very responsive, both times Josh came out within a day. Very efficient, expert service at a reasonable price. He installed two new toilets, and got on the phone with the Kohler rep when there was a part missing, hooked up a new utility sink and replaced corroded connector valves - I couldn't be happier with the service!

Very(!!) fast response which was much appreciated. Only glitch was with the electrical supply, which delayed actual installation.

Kent came out he was professional and pleasant. Our toilet got a new bottom seal and when he was done he cleaned up the area. Yes. I would use the company again and I would recommend them to our friends.

Service was done as espected and on time. Kent and Lloyd were excellent and went above and beyond to ensure that the installation was as unobtrusive as possible. They explained the installation they performed and demonstrated how the pump operates and cleaned up the worksite. They asked for any questions that I had before closing out and leaving. I would definately recommend them and will request Kent and Lloyd for future projects.

Repeat call for a basement toilet that needed repeated closet snake for clogs. 1st service call several months ago used camera detected no clog, charge only for the trip charge. After continued problem made an appointment for a time I would be home. Tech for this appointment found problem while operating the toilet but mention that it was an older model with sharp bend in the drain tract that might be causing the problem. Suggested a new toilet which I agreed with at the current fixture was well marked from frequent use of snake. When he pulled the toilet he found that the flange had been improperly cemented and was prone to movement which might have caused intermittent problem. He offered to fix the flange and take a wait and see approach to save money. I elected to fix the flange and replace the toilet. He spent several hours on the work and unlike a previous firm did not charge time for going for supplies. Repair was fixed price from a book, toilet had a markup and he offered to let me go and pick one up myself. Work was completed, and he spent time when he had problems with supply tube not fitting properly. He also provided advice on several other issues while he was in the basement. Area was left clean and he took the old toilet and all trash with him. Price rated a B just because of markup on toilet but in the end it was worth him running to get it instead of me. Will use again during a kitchen project. Discount received as a repeat customer.

I've repaired my own faucets (indoor and outdoor) for over 45 years, so I know what is needed and how simple a job it is to replace faucet seals. Now, I'm older and unable to do my own repairs, so I had to call a plumber to do the job. On their arrival, I was informed they did not repair faucets, but only replaced faucets. I didn't have the time to check out other prices, so I agreed to the price quoted. Was I surprised! Don't get me wrong, Precision Plumbing did a good job, but I would not use them again. Precision Plumbing is very very expensive. As an afterthought, I checked with the company that remodeled my master bathroom, They said they would have done the same work for halve of what I was charged. I learned an expensive lesson, you should always check around and get firm prices on repair costs before agreeing to a service call charge and then getting a surprise price after the repairman arrives. I will look elsewhere for my future plumbing needs.
