Description of Work: Basically lifted the toilet to see if water around bottom of ring - nothing found, charged me extra for a new wax ring and placed the toilet back in same spot. Maybe 15 min. for the whole service ordeal. Very nice person, not their fault company charges are way too expensive.

+ 0 moreOur a/c unit began to vibrate so badly that our ten year old water heater started leaking. I called Precision Plumbers at 8:30 in the morning and Jesse showed up within an hour to give us an estimate to replace the water heater. The estimate was about what my husband and I expected to spend on a new unit, so I gave him the go ahead to order the new unit. He left, placed the order and a new water heater was delivered to our house within 2 hours. Jesse came back with another gentleman to install the water heater at 3:30. They drained the old unit, took it out, put in the new unit and checked for leaks. Then they checked for any problems at all the faucets and toilets throughout the home, which I was not expecting them to do. The estimate price was the price I paid. We will definitely use them again in the future.

We thought it might have been too big for him or he didn?t have the time. We thought it would it be more professional to call to let us know he was not interested. He had done work fro me previously.
Description of Work: He fixed a faucet in the guest bathroom. It was an emergency call. It was clogged up he had to replace a portion of it. He did it 100% effectively. We have never had a problem since then.
