The plumber was on time...big plus with my schedule! Very courteous regarding putting down tarps and wearing shoe covers to protect area around the drain while cleaning. The water was backed up and it took some major 'snaking' the main drain to get the clog out. The result was successful! Polite, efficient, and on time! That's an A+ in my book.

Plummber showed up on time. Fixed all of my problems. Took the time to discuss the problems and help come up with the solutions. He even fixed a couple of items at no charge. Great Experience.

After taking off work for the 2 hour appointment window the technician did not show up and I received no phone calls advising why. I called the company to ask what had happened and was told that the tech was running late but would be there within an hour. The tech arrived just in time for the updated window. However, once the tech arrived he asked me what was wrong. The company had not given him any information about my issue, including the fact that I had a Flushmate toilet. So, he had no parts and could not do anything to help me. Thankfully, I did not get charged the 45.00 fee for a service call, however I was still left without a toilet. The tech apologized and told me that his company had dropped the ball. He then agreed to come back out once I got home from work (between 3:30 and 4), Again, tech was late. After working on the toilet, the tech stated the problem was fixed, and indeed it did not continue to run water down the drain. However, after paying the tech 160.00 and the tech leaving the house, I used the toilet and found that there was not enough pressure to flush anything down (even just water!) The tech fixed one issue and caused a bigger one. Now the toilet is unusable. My power flush toilet now doesn't flush even water down. UPDATE: 6/9/14 I contacted this company to notify them that the work was unacceptable and asked them to make it right. An appointment was scheduled for that evening and the tech (the same tech) was out there waiting for me (early). He was very polite and made the toilet work correctly. So- one day's work three service calls, and 160.00 dollars later my toilet is fixed. I updated my ratings for this company to reflect the fact that they came back and made everything right, but I am definitely not pleased with the service provided.

I used Jesse and Precision Plumbing in July 2012 for a plumbing issue in my own home, and when I had another plumbing issue recently at a property my family owns, I did not hesitate to call Precision Plumbing again. They answered my call right away and they were able to schedule an appointment very quickly, which was appreciated given that it was a broken pipe. They are very courteous and their pricing is very reasonable as well. I will call them again when I have a plumbing issue.

Arrived as planned, professional, advised what needed fixed. No problems subsequent.

Was upset that everything wasn't taken care of on the first visit, but everyone from the person who answered the phone to the second person who came out... all were professional and understanding to my frustration. Both service technicians were nice, friendly and cleaned up any messes, before they left. Will call Precision Plumbing in the future.

I got 3 or 4 names from Angie's List and I got various options for solutions. I was referred to them by a carpenter. They found the problem and resolved the situation in less than 30 minutes. They saved me about $3500.00. He explained a couple of small steps he took to repair my jacuzzi that was leaking. I was originally quoted $3500.00 plus by other companies, I paid $150.00 total. The other companies also said they wanted to remove all of the hand painted tile in our restroom, this is why the price was so high, the jacuzzi was actually accessible from the basement. The plumber, Kent Tucker, was honest and helped save me a lot of money. I have a part on the way for the jacuzzi and I'm going to have Kent come back to install it when it arrives.

After having a gas valve replaced the hot water could not recover fast enough and the water could not be turned off.I called Percision Plumbing from Angie's List and they were at my home within 45 minutes. The plumber was very professional and knowlegable. Within the hour I had plenty of hot water. Price was very reasonable.

They arrived as promised. Work was finished on time. Very professional.

Overall service was professional and checked all areas.

I love that they are available 24 hrs. we have needed their services “after hours” …. We have used them before for our Flushmate toilets(repair) and have always been able to get a hold of Crystal. Or she will call me soon after I leave a voicemail. Crystal is always reassuring. The service men that have come out are very knowledgeable and fix the problem.

They were able to come out within 30 or 40 minutes. Jason was the technician who came out and has also come out on previous jobs for us. He went out, purchased a new upgraded one, got back to install it and completed the work before our guests arrived. Not only are they prompt, but they are able to come last minute on a Saturday night. Their service was impeccable and they are very neat and tidy. Jason is a very nice and knowledgeable man. They were fantastic!

Their responded promptly and they were very professional. They were very thorough and got us the proposal in one day. Their price was higher than I anticipated and we ended up hiring another company. I would still recommend them to anyone.

I asked them to do something and they did not do it. I asked them to do another specific something and they did not do it. When they put the piping for the plumbing, they didn’t do it correctly. They installed the wrong size pipes and they had to come back and replace them. I had thought everything was done properly but I later learned there was a leak in the water heater. They sold me a policy for a quick service and they never came out to repair the leak. They did not come back for over a year to fix it. I had to call the attorney general and Better Business Bureau for them to come fix it. I also had them install a float in the toilet. It caused a leak that leaked out into Christmas decorations in the basement and ruined them. They did some things I did not ask them to. They may have been necessary, but they did not discuss the work with me before doing it. The cost was much higher than it should be. We are very disappointed in the company. I have a warranty for the water heater, but if it was not for that, I would never have them come out for work again.

I first hired the company after finding them on the internet. They were able to come out and take care of the problem quickly. They were able to complete the work in about an hour. My experience with them was fantastic. They did a great job!

I will definitely use Precision Plumbing Solutions again if I have another plumbing problem.

The technician was extremely helpful and professional. Took a look at the problem, told me the cost and proceeded to complete the work in 15 minutes. He waited around for approximately 20 minutes to ensure the seal held when the water pressure was turned back on.

He did a great job. The price was very reasonable. Some of the others that I talked to started at $200 and went up. He was courteous and clean. It was just a great experience.

I guess it wasn't good or bad. I probably wouldn't necessarily recommend them because I didn't feel that basically they went above and beyond. They kind of gave us the information but that was kind of it.
