Received a call telling me that the technician Dale would be there in about 45 minutes. He was pleasant, yet professional, and kept me in the loop as to what he was doing (I am not one to hover over someone working in my home). Dale was able to obtain the part he needed from he local Home Depot and the job was completed fairly quickly.

Awesome. We called on a Saturday afternoon and they were at my house within the hour. The technician was professional and took care of the problem. He even cleaned up afterwards. Great job and we will most definitely call them again if we ever need anything plumbing.

Upon arriving in a very timely manner, I was told that they were unable to service my well but could help me find someone who could. There was no charge for the service call even though there should have been. They helped me find the right service provider for my problem instead of barrelling through something they knew nothing about. I appreciate honesty and it garners my loyalty.

They had a good attitude, very respectful and let us know about some other plumbing issues going on.

He showed up exactly when he said he would. Had to come back to get parts but performed it in the most professional manner. Other places didn't even know what I was talking about and he was able to get the parts for both a normal bathroom as well as for a double wide trailer bathroom. Would call him in a heartbeat for any plumbing related issues!

They came in and quickly identified the problem. The did not have a water heater with them, however, the technician returned to the shop, got one and came back. All in all, it was good service. Of course, I wasn't planning on replacing my water heater that day, so I was taken aback by the price. But I would use them again.

The installer, upon arrival on May 27, 2015, had verbally offered a price of $395 for a 1/2 horsepower motor garbage disposal unit. The installation required just under one hour and did not include any additional PVC piping. At the completion of the installation he affixed an adhesive company "card" measuring 6" by 6" which totally obscured all the information on the disposal including, brand, model and other pertinent information. The unit was brought into the house without a packing box and he did not provide any written directions, guarantee, registration, or parts associated with the unit including a reset wrench. While searching the internet for operational information, we discovered that a similar unit retailed at Home Depot for $99.96. This meant that the less than one hour installation and less than one hour round trip getting to the work site was billed at $295.00 One June 1, I stopped at the office for Precision Plumbing Solutions and inquired if there had been a billing error. I was shown, "THE BOOK" which indicated that the price for the job was listed at #385 and that I should have been shown "THE BOOK" before the installation was begun. I was also old that their cost from their supplier was close to $130 because their unit contained all metal parts whereas Home Depot's unit included plastic parts. it was also explained that many times the installation takes more time, justifying their pricing. He looked for a reset wrench, couldn't find one, and promised to mail a wrench and a rebate check (amount unspecified). I was not happy, but caveat emptor. As of today, I have received neither a wrench nor a rebate check. This evaluation would not have been written without this final failure of follow through. I would not do business with this company.

Because we had used them before, we called their 24-hour emergency service for repairs. They came out and installed a new high-quality sump pump that almost immediately got my problem resolved upon start-up. Kent was the tech that came. He stuck around for about an extra 40 minutes after installation to make sure the pump was working, and indeed, it was. He also gave us some great advice on how to mitigate mildew after the dampness. The price of the service was very reasonable given the circumstances, and you won't find many other companies like this locally. The other quote I got was $1200. I've referred them to other people in the past, and their service today ensured that I will refer them again. Based on our history with them, this truly is an outstanding company.

Problem: Shower knob was hard to turn. The posi-temp handle broke, we replaced it once, still a little stiff to turn but lasted a few weeks then the plastic handle broke again in the evening. Action: I immediately signed into Angie's List looked for a plumber near me with an A rating. Sent a message last night. I also happen to go by Home Depot in the morning after an appt and picked up a new posi-temp handle. Appt: Precision Plumbing Solutions contacted me this morning and sent Rob over by 10:30am. Work Performed: Within an hour Rob had replaced the Moen posi-temp cartridge that had become damaged due to hard water residue. Rob also informed me that Moen has a lifetime warranty so in the future if this shower or any of our other showers experience the same issue, that Moen will send up the part free, so that we would not have to incur that additional cost in our service fee. Labor/Parts : $150 Service Fee : 45 Coupon on Angie'sList : -35 ______ Total Cost: $160 Very happy it was fixed so fast and once again the shower handle moves easily and ready for use!

Never happened. We called the office twice, left a message once and spoke to an individual another time. Have never received a call back with the estimate.

They were really professional and nice. It is a hard part to find and I have still not gotten it fixed at this time which was no fault of theirs. They also showed up on time.

Was very informative and spent 3 hours testing and showing results of all tests with a water gauge. Kent wanted to make sure I understood exactly what was going on with our plumbing and why the pieces that needed replacing needed to be replaced. I had originally planned on having a couple plumbers out for competing bids, but he was so knowledgeable and proved everything he said, so I felt comfortable with just going ahead with the work. He hasn't finished all the work yet but the results in the houses water pressure are already noticeable and quantifiable. I appreciate craftsmen who explain everything and don't just say, take my word, I'm the expert, now pay up.

We had a leaky drain pipe and needed someone to fix it fast! Kent was out here in less than an hour and did an outstanding job with minimal damage to our drywall. He was VERY professional and the workmanship was fantastic. I would highly recommend Precision Plumbing Solutions and we will definitely be using them on any plumbing needs!

Things went great. We have an energy efficient toilet that began leaking overnight which triggered our water leak indicator --- which shut off the water in our house. Part of the inside of the toilet had broken. It was a Saturday and we really did not want to wait to get it fixed until the following work week. We called around 10:30 am and by about 1:30 there was someone at our house to fix the toilet. It was more expensive to have it done on the weekend, but he did a good job and was fast. It works great. Many of the plumbers do not even work on the weekends we found, except roto rooter.....

Called Precision Plumbing around 11:20AM due to water pouring out of the pipes below my sink when I use the faucet. My water pressure was low and everything was wet underneath sink. Spoke to pleasant lady that said they could get me scheduled today. Scheduled me between 2-4pm today and she would call me when service man coming. Lady called me around 12:45, a tech is available and could come sooner. I said yes and the tech arrived at 1:10PM. Kent was the tech and he was professional, handed me his card right away and asked what the problem was and got right under the sink. Within a few minutes he found the problem, told me there was a leak on the factory quick connector to the kitchen faucet. He reset the connector and tested it, no more leak! Took 5 minutes. Cost $99.00 after $35 Angie's list coupon and senior discount. Very pleased with service!!!!!

It went well-the plumber came early and after a little difficulty, located the pinhole leak that was causing the crawl space to flood. After this was taken care of, the plumber was able to restore the water to the house. It had been shut off by the city, leaving Grandma without water overnight. When finished, he tidied up and area and re-lit the pilot light. In all, it went very well.

Kent was timely thorough and informative. While we couldn't identify the issue initially he sought suggestions from others and gave me ideas of the issue. We had two options which he clearly explained. One apply silicone to loose fixtures to determine if moisture getting behind walls and dripping or remove walls and tiles and identify from there. Went with the cheap option. Although it was not the problem kent couldn't have been better. I later had to remove tiles and replace flooring in shower and walls. My issue was the cost. I was promised one cost and after contacting Jesse the owner the cost was doubled. Disappointing. This $50 increase in initial cost ended up costing the company the $2000 I ended up paying the next person who fixed the issue. It was an unusual situation handled perfectly by kent at my home and handled terribly by Ownership. I will not use again.

Excellent service. I was able to get service same day that I called. Service person was very friendly and helpful, and diagnosed the problem right away. Installed new valve after showing price list - no haggling. I would highly recommend them again.

my experience starts with the lovely lady at the reception desk when I call ,I believe crystal is her name. from the moment she answered the phone she calmed all my nerves and worries about my plumbing issues with her angelic voice and reassuring me that they can fix my problem. A short time later Jason showed up (a tall handsome man with a lot of plumbing knowledge ) went to work on my drain system and had identified the problem and made the necessary repairs. after he left I went in to clean up the mess,but he had already cleaned it up .all in all it was a great experience that I thought was going to be a nightmare.
