From a workmanship standpoint, the plumber that came out to do the work was fantastic. The work done was supurb. I did have an issue with the scheduling as we scheduled one day, and didn't get back to me that they couldn't make it that day until that morning. I had already taken off work that day and it really messed up the scheduling I had planned on with putting the kitchen back together. They were apologetic, but I couldn't help but feel like they weren't being totally honest with me. I had 3 bids, and they were the cheapest, but I still found the price to be really high. I guess that is just the price of hiring a plumber.

Kent quickly diagnosed both issues and performed repairs in something less than an hour. Didn't have to use $30 dollar coupon as $45 service call was waived if repairs were made. Not dumb enough to pass on an additional discount!

Cam same day that I called and finished the next morning. Very neat professional work, left the area clean.

When I called to schedule an estimate, I was informed that the company does not provide free estimates, and would be charging me a minimum of $45 to come out to look at my house and filter systems. My ratings are based on the fact that they were able to respond to my request in a timely manner, but would NOT provide a free estimate for their work.

The technician was on-time and very professional. He looked over each of my problems and answered all my questions. He then replaced the faucets in a timely manner. I was given a discount using my Angie's List magazine advertisement.

Precision did a great job and I highly recommend them. This was a pretty big job that required moving major plumbing lines, drains and vents. Also, involved jackhammering concrete floor up and pouring concrete back over. It also required that different people came to do various jobs and it all happened in concert effort with no lag time. Workers were all the kind of people you want in your house and all of them knew what they were doing. I’ve been around construction projects like this for forty years and these are the kind of guys you look for. Glad I found them.

I filled out the online request form on their website to have someone phone me the following morning. I was very happy when they called me first thing in the morning to schedule an appointment. I let the lady on the phone know that I was a member of Angie's list and she indicated that they had a coupon online and that they would make a note for the team. That was painless and seamless and at the end, the coupon savings came off. Precision plumbing called me about 15 minutes before the plumbing team arrived. they arrived on time and they were very punctual and professional. We did have a hiccup during the work where the snake / cable machine either wasn't long enough or broke. The team left my house and returned an hour and a half later with a new machine and cleared the drain rather quickly. As a frustration, they did ask me for some towels. I'd prefer that the team show up with their own shop towels, etc instead of asking me for towels, but it wasn't a problem as we have too many rags. I did appreciate the help and friendliness of the team and that they cleaned up along the way. I'd use them again.

Excellent work. Arrived on time and finished same day as promised. Left area very clean and hauled off all old parts. Very pleased with their work.

Arrived on time. Rob was courteous and professional. Quick and efficient installation. No issues. Price was a little higher than some other plumbing companies. Company offered 10% senior discount which made price about the same.

We contacted the company about installing a new hot water tank (storage type) late in the evening on 2/15/16. We were promptly contacted the morning of 2/16/16 and the service man came out and installed the tank on 2/18/16. We were very happy with their promptness as well as their work and professionalism.

Called for appt and got one the next day (to arrive btwn 12 & 2pm). Day of service, company called prior to arriving at home to confirm we'd be around. Plumber (Ken) showed up at 1:30pm and got to work. He diagnosed problem with loud shaking water pipes. We had a bad Pressure Release Valve (PRV) (which the water company 2 yrs ago recommended we hire a plumber to check that for us...and we finally did) and Ken replaced it. I started a load of laundry while he was here and sure enough, NO MORE LOUD BANGING PIPES!! :-) Next, we had a shower head that wasn't working and figured it was a bad faucet plunger thing. In the event the whole faucet needed replacing, we purchased new fixtures the night before. Well, Ken said he could fix our existing faucet, but because all our fixtures were in poor condition, we had him go ahead and install the new ones for us. The internal workings/pipes were not compatible to our new fixtures so Ken had to drill, solder, etc. to get everything to work and we now have all new fixtures (shower head, handle, faucet, drain). Looks and works great! Lastly, we had Ken check to see if there was a leak at the half bath toilet base. All sub-flooring was dry so he said that was fine. Overall, we felt the service was great. Ken explained everything he was doing and presented options when applicable. We would hire this company again for future plumbing work.

A 1/3 HP sump pump with a check valve was installed. Kent thoroughly tested out the unit to my satisfaction. He cleaned up the area appropriately afterward. He demonstrated a good professionalism and friendliness. I will definitely use this vendor again should the need arise.

The first time my mother-in-law called this plumber he came promptly and gave skilled and courteous service. The second time, he made an appointment and didn't keep it. My wife then left a message to remind him, but he never responded.

I needed the sewer line cleared because were experiencing basement issues during an extremely heavy rain. Rob was very prompt, he was here in about 45 minutes from making the phone call. He was very helpful and worked the problem quickly. The price was high, but I should expect that as it was an off-hours call. I was satisfied with the work.

The most amazing service I have ever had! Kent was the name of the technician, and he was not only personable, but also very proficient AND he taught me about what was going on, which made me more comfortable with everything. He helped with carrying something heavy for me, which he did not need to do. The job was beautifully done and fixed the problem completely with minimal damage to the wall. I have seldom been happier with work done. Excellent skills on many levels. I am delighted!

I originally had the plumber out to fix what I thought was a clogged standing drain pipe in my basement. Whenever the washer would drain the water would overflow on the floor. The plumber attempted to clear the clog but learned that in fact the pipe was broken underneath my basement floor. He was friendly, and quoted me a new price to fix this. The price was very reasonable for the work that had to be done and we scheduled a new date given the amount of work required. He arrived on time, and got right to work. He would explain everything going on whenever I had questions and did a fantastic job in repairing the pipe. The concrete he put down and clean up job afterwards were superb. I haven't had any problems since and would definitely recommend Precision Plumbing Solutions. It's a company I will be using again if I ever need more work done.

The element within our water softener tank broke open and clogged the line out of our water softener. Fortunately we were home at the time and were able to engage the bypass on the water softener within a few minutes because water was pouring over the top of it and had already flooded a good portion of our basement. Within a few days of that event our water heater stopped working. We originally called Precision Plumbing Solutions to replace our water heater. However, Kent determined that the problem with the water heater was caused by part of the water softener traveling through the pipe to our water heater and clogging the intake to the water heater. Once he cleared the blockage we had hot water again. And better yet didn't have to pay for a water heater. While here he also removed the water softener and fixed a leak he saw in our main valve. Kent was great to work with.

I called Precision Plumbing at 745 AM and I was able to get an appointment for noon the same day. The receptionist was very nice and said they would call me at 11:30 AM with an ETA which she did promptly. The technician was waiting for me in front of the house before our scheduled time. Rob was very professional and explained everything. I definitely will use Precision Plumbing again. Quality service.

He was punctual and explained everything to me before doing the work. Although I was not expecting to have to have anything done other than a pipe issue, I was glad he found the problem with my garbage disposal while he was there. Now I don't have to call them to come out again.

I am so happy today now that my leak has been fixed. I hope anyone who needs a plumber calls this company first. Kent arrived at 9:00 as scheduled ready to begin. A tarp was put down for the mud/concrete/tools, etc. Prior to his arrival I covered some appliances & cabinets in my kitchen to prevent the accumulation of dust that would be created from jackhammering through the kitchen concrete floor/slab. Kent is very courteous and answered any question I had. I could tell he is very knowledgeable but I didn't feel intimidated or afraid to ask any question at any time. He explained the process step by step. His associate, Mike arrived shortly after Kent began and they worked together as a team to remove the concrete & mud looking for the water line. I had no idea how much work would be involved to find the water line. They worked very well together. It had been determined on the first visit that it was the cold water line not the hot water line that was leaking. It was a great feeling of relief when the leak was located and they explained how the hole developed over time. Working together to get the job finished seemed really smooth. While testing the water after the repair another problem was discovered with the cold water flow in the kitchen sink. They fixed that as well. The hole was refilled with dirt and new concrete was filled in to replace the foundation floor. They cleaned up the area and removed their equipment. We discussed future projects because I WILL CALL THEM AGAIN FOR ANY PROJECT I HAVE BIG OR SMALL. We are so pleased. Thank you very much!

Excellent I called to schedule the appointment and the plumber arrived within 1 hour. He installed the faucet and was done very quick. The faucet is operating great.

Kent T. came out to the house as scheduled. He was very friendly and courteous. As requested he reviewed 3 items for us. He provided a detail summary of how everything worked, what was causing the problem, and provided an estimate of the cost to fix them. We were very pleased with the service. We would use Precision Plumbing Solutions again and would definitely request that Kent T. be our service man.

We hired this company six years ago to replace the pipe and do the plumbing work after a house fire. When the last remaining bit of cast iron pipe in the basement started leaking, one week into our house being on the market to sell, we immediately called them. For the first consultation, the plumber showed up 45 minutes late. For the scoping of the pipe, the plumber showed up 20 minutes late. I had taken the afternoon off work for this. For the actual work 4 days later, I received a call at 8:30 that they plumbers were getting supplies and would be there in an hour. When they hadn't shown by 11:00, I called and was told "they are running just a bit behind". They finally showed at 11:30. They jackhammered the basement to expose the pipe; in the process, a cinderblock (non load bearing) wall came loose and had to come down. I was told it would be replaced after the work was finished, and I was fine with this. The plumbers left at 1:30 for lunch and to find out why the backhoe wasn't at the house for the outside work. When they hadn't returned by 4:00, I called the office. I was told the outside work was scheduled for the next day. When I asked why they didn't say that when they left "for lunch", I was told "oh, they're just not very good at communicating". The next day, they were supposed to be there at 8:00. They showed at 8:30 and the backhoe showed at 9:00. They did finish the work, and I no longer have a leaky pipe. They replaced the wall with a stud wall. More of a drywall curtain, as it is hung from the floor joists above and not attached to the floor below. The new sidewalk in the backyard was cracked in multiple places from the backhoe, and my driveway was left a disaster of muddy tracks. When I called to address these issues, including the lack of punctuality, I was told "we're just really short staffed and we're doing the best we can". They did lower the cost by about 8%; after speaking with our realtor and another plumber, they both feel the adjusted cost is still too expensive. They also offered to come out to "look at and maybe fix" the concrete sidewalk and clean the driveway, but that would require ANOTHER afternoon off work and I truthfully don't trust them anywhere near my home anymore. The icing on the cake-- I attempted to do laundry the day after they completed the work, and they hadn't reattached my washer correctly and I ended up with water in the basement when I turned on the washer.

Kent arrived on time, listened while we told him what services we wanted, he checked everything out and quotes us a price; we oked the price and he got straight to work. Had everything done in a couple of hours. Great Job.
