Description of Work: I asked them to replace a shower / bath faucet from a single control (on-off) to a dual control (on - off and flow) without tearing out the wall to gain access. That's exactly what Jason did to my amazement. He is very skilled and professional and I recommend Precision Plumbing Solutions to anyone who has a tough job to do.

Description of Work: He found the leak in the basement was coming from a clogged line on my furnace. Although it wasn't a job for a plumber, he was able to show me how to fix it and check it if the leak came back. It was great to find someone who could pinpoint this problem.

Description of Work: We needed the interior cartridge of a shower hot/cold water lever replaced. The technician arrived on time, shut off the water, and quickly identified the part that was needed. He then sourced the part and quickly went to retrieve it, came back and installed it all within about an hour. I would use this company again because they were professional, prompt and efficient.

Description of Work: They did more than we asked them to do. We had a toilet that would not work. It was a required toilet for our recent remodel. I showed him another toilet. He explained everything and he was able to repair it. Everything has been working fine since his repairs. We have had no troubles. The price was reasonable. They did a great job. They were excellent!

Description of Work: I purchased this deal because I was moving into a new residence and thought a plumbing inspection would be a good idea. The company called me multiple times right after I purchased to make an appointment, but I hadn't even completely moved in yet. By the time I was ready for this inspection, I noticed it had expired. I read other reviews and decided not to request an extension or to try to work out something. There really should not be an ABCDF rating above since I did not use. I picked C only because it seemed neutral

Description of Work: I purchased one of their specials for $50 for a water heater flush and a whole house plumbing inspection. I had to spend an additional $45 because he had to replace a plastic nut in the leaking kitchen faucet. He checked all the plumbing in the house and flushed the water heater. He tried to take a certain tube out of the water heater, but it was rusted in place. He tried, but he didn't want to force it out and break the water heater. He checked the plumbing in the upstairs and downstairs bath. He told us what needed to be done. I decided not to have it done at this time.
