The only thing I was not happy about was that the 2 fellows they sent out to put my pool together put the metal support structure into my kids little red wagon and pulled it down the hill to the pool site. They bent the frame of the little red wagon. That was the only complaint I had; everything else went smoothly. I didn't complain to Pool King about it I just thought it was a little weird. The guys were fine. They were friendly, professional, and they did their job.
Description of Work: We got our above ground pool from Pool King Recreation. We also buy our pool chemicals, replacement hoses, filter parts, and all of our supplies there. We also bought from them and had them install a replacement pool liner. The installation of the 27 foot round pool included fans for underneath it, the outer walls, leveling, support structures, putting in the lining, putting in the proper chemicals, and the fan filter.
