Fine. It was over very quickly and I didn't have anything to clean afterward.

They DoD exactly what they promised.

They cleaned the gutters by hand, but washing out the gutters with water after cleaning was not done. I asked about that and was told cleaning the gutters did not include a washout to insure all downspouts were clear. I have had my gutters cleaned many times before and water was always part of the process. Other than that, they were very friendly and professional.

My gutters have some unusual twists and turns on an old house. Also, there is a scuffer box that needs special attention. They did a great job on everything even the garage.

I had a great experience with MCC Cleaning and Restoration. After purchasing the Angie's List discount, the company immediately called to set up an appointment. They were on time at the beginning of the service window. They were polite, quick, and professional. They even told me about some weak spots on my roof. I highly recommend MCC!

First appointment no show and called 2 hours after time suppose to be here. Rectified the problem. Quickly rescheduled for next day and added a service for free to make things right. This means a lot to me. I believe in good customer service honesty and solving the problem. I will definitely use this company again and appreciated their prompt response to this situation.

The man who did the work was not just a repair man - he was a true ARTIST. He came with a huge assortment of pigments (paints) to mix and EXACTLY match my leather. He brought drop cloths and lights. When I told him exactly that - "you are an artist!" - he admitted that yes, in fact, he was! He's a painter, and showed me some of his works online - they, and he, are amazing! What an interesting, talented man! The sofas and chair turned out perfectly, and is still beautiful, one year later. I forgot to write this review last year.

Quick, clean, came on time, great office staff and techs. I can't tell if they did a great job without climbing in the fireplace, but the whole experience was terrific.

The men cleaned the gutters. Don't know if any "maintenance" was done. They told me gutter guards would be beneficial. They showed me the mesh type guards they use. They quoted me a price which seemed reasonable so I approved the installation. I have since learned that the mesh guards come in different widths and the mesh is too wide for my gutters. It doesn't hurt on parts of my house, but on some parts it is buckled and not doing what it's supposed to.

No issues found and chimney was completely cleaned.

They worked like crazy, they were very nice, on time, and did good work.

They did an outstanding job. There were two young men according to my wife and I monitored on my home security cameras while at work. One guy appeared to be the foreman, supervisor or lead. He was very professional. The second guy, not so much. If your are going to come out to someone's house to work, then don't be complaining and whining the entire time. I paid for a service and paid extra due to the nature of my home. One guy whined the entire time and my wife could hear him and I noticed it on the cameras. Maybe he's in the wrong line of work. The. work performed was outstanding. I just didn't care for he complaining. My wife and I are both retired military and have been in Iraq. We done some pretty dangerous things, so the whining didn't set well with us. I'm obviously going to use them for the second service. I hope the complainer doesn't return. The other young man was just fine. Great job overall.

Great, they arrived on time and worked quick and clean. Also provided a quick measurement and unofficial estimate on gutter guards.
