MCC Cleaning & Restoration

The whole experience was amazing! When Eric came to look at the house he explained everything to us so we would understand the process and what to expect. He let me know how common this happens and it even happened to him recently which made me feel better. They were super efficient, quick, and caring. They even use green products which is a plus having a pet. I would recommend them to friends family and anyone else who needs their help with the services they provide. Very affordable for us and money well spent! Thank you so much for making the house feel more comfortable and the air so much cleaner!

This company showed up out of no where and preyed on several people in my neighborhood. The owner Eric promised more than they delivered. The Estimate was inflated to my insurance. They added and charged for services that were never performed. Thousands of dollars charged for equipment that was never used. They also did the same to my daughter. They have never even finished her job. They did have 1 employee that was awesome and I wrote a review for him and him alone. I believe his name was Chuck. They left a message (Eric's Wife) stating that they would not be completing her Job until she paid more money. I am more than disgusted with this company.

Horrible experience. The guy was nice, but he got soot literally all over our house. We spent the 2+ hours subsequently cleaning up the soot that went on our floors, furniture, even bathroom toilet. I called the company afterward to express my concern and disappointment, and they promised to get back to me to find a way to make it right but never did. Worst experience we've ever had with a house service.

Went very well. They were on time and did jobs in a timely manner. Technician was knowledgeable and did a thorough job.

We wanted to try someone new since our usual person was ill. Never thought I would write a bad review for a gutter cleaning service but here we are. This is the first company who threw the mess off of the roof and into the yard and left it. Granted they offered to come back a second time but still left most of the mess. I would not recommend them for something that actually needs to be cleaned.

They were outstanding in every way, The initial call was professional, giving me the price and services provided. Appointment was scheduled for the next week. The sweep was professional, courteous, and efficient. I plan to use them annually.

The job seemed rushed. While he did clean and removed quite a bit of soot, the inspection consisted of taking a cellphone picture from the fireplace. I had read a review that they are supposed to use a piece of equipment like a camera snake to do an actual inspection. We asked if the fireplace was usable and his reply was you can try it and if you smell smoke upstairs you'll know. Overall he performed the cleaning. Although I'm sure it could have been done more thoroughly. We were told that during the service, if they determined there were any leaks or issues, they could be fixed during the visit. It's hard to determine issues if you don't really inspect them. The house was built in 1903 and the chimney definitely needed a thorough inspection.

First of all it’s 90+ degrees outside and they had to leave my front door slightly open for 3 hours letting flies in along with the hot air. After they left I discovered piles of dirt all over my basement along with drywall dust on my furniture from them removing wall vents. I’ve had drywall companies here that do a better job of not trashing someone’s house! They don’t wear shoes covers of which then they had tracks all over my dark wood flooring. I paid a lot for this service as I was not expecting until they wrote up the crazy bill! Also the customer service is a joke. I tried calling for days and leaving messages with no response. This company obviously does not know how to take care of their customers. They leave your house a mess. I mean you have huge vacuums doing the work so why not clean up after yourself! Will never recommend. If you use this company be prepared for a mess afterwards!

The young men who did the work were prompt, polite, pleasant and efficient. They did an excellent job on all of the needed work.

It went very well. Had a minor scheduling glitch which was easily corrected. I will hire them again next year.

Jessica at MCC was very kind and worked with us to schedule a day for the air duct cleaning. She returned my email within minutes of me asking for an estimate. The work was done in less than two hours. The workers kept their distance because of the COVID-19 virus. We were shown video of the cleaning process, to see the before and after. Glad I finally got the work done, and can breath easier in my home.

Our air ducts were horrible in an older home. We checked them before to make sure whoever came actually cleaned them and this company did awesome! Guys we’re super fast and great to work with. Would recommend and Thank you again!

These folks were outstanding! Very easy to set up an appointment and the service itself was great. They cleaned the air ducts, showed me photos of the work, and even helped with some air flow issues I was having. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend them.

What started with me going to leave a 3 star review ended up with me leaving a 1 star...I messaged them before posting a review in case they wanted to try and make things right. I said "Hi there, I just wanted to give you a heads up before I post a review on Yelp/Google. I was not 100% satisfied with my experience. My tech did not introduce himself when he came to my house. He wasn't completely unfriendly, but he certainly wasn't friendly either. He didn't use shoe covers (which even the cable guy uses when he comes over) which bothered me when he walked all over our rugs and more importantly, my baby's mat. Although he used a tarp, it still left residue on my floor and rug. Whatever he used to fix the cracks in my fireplace left residue all over the brick outside the fireplace. I am not 100% dissatisfied seeing as whomever I've been speaking with on here as well as who I spoke with on the phone was very friendly, but I certainly am not thrilled with my experience either." Their response (which clearly was NOT meant for me, but for the tech who came to my house) was- "What's the residue so I can tell her. I'm tired of people already." So on top of being disappointed with the tech, whoever is in charge of their customer service is TERRIBLE. Definitely would not recommend this company!

The service man had nothing to ID himself. He refused to give me his last name. He would only tell me that his first name was Chuck. He did not want to give me a receipt for the service. He texted his place of business and an email was sent to me. I would not recommend MCC Cleaning and Restoration to anyone.
