did not knock on door to let us know was there, which we were description says downspout flushing, don't believe this was done description says minor repair,don't believe this was done-- have a downspout with out of shape didn't get a before and after photo

Amazing! There had the stack cleaned and repaired in under an hour. We had a warm cozy fire going that evening with a sigh of relief! They were very considerate about making a mess. They cleaned everything around the fireplace and made sure they didn’t leave any foot prints. I highly recommend their services.

I purchased the $99 special deal on Angie's list for gutter and downspout cleaning. I contacted the company to set up an appointment and received a response immediately. It was fast and and easy to get the appointment set up and we were finished within minutes. On the day of, I was working and my husband was home. They were due to arrive between 10am and 12pm. Around 3:30 my husband contacted me to tell me that they had not arrived. (He failed to tell me until later that he was contacted around 3pm and received an apology that they were running behind and would be there soon.) I called the office number and left a voicemail, then send a message on Angie's list. I received a response almost immediately. They were very professional and polite and apologized for the delay. They assured me that the crew was there working on the project. My husband had to leave to pick our son up from school and the crew arrived while he was gone. When he returned home (he was gone for 25 minutes maximum) he found their card on our door but could find no signs that they had cleaned the gutters (discarded muck and whatnot). I contacted the company again and again received a response immediately. They were again very professional and friendly and did not get upset or defensive when I questioned whether or not the work had been done. Within moments I had before and after pictures of the work that they had done. WOW!!! It was no big deal that they were running behind, since they were able to do the work without my husband present. I was blown away by how quickly they completed the service and the fact that they didn't even leave a mess behind! I hate questioning companies because I often feel like they get very defensive and upset but not MCC! They were very patient with me and happy to show me the pictures proving that they had been and done what they were meant to do. I will definitely use their services again!

Nice guys. But I don't believe they provided all the services mentioned for the deal. From what i can tell they performed the brush/clean the interior of the chimney to remove build up. There was no mention of the safe inspection(no written inspection) and they didn't get on the roof to inspect the chimney crown or cap. Not confident all the services listed for the deal were provided. There were no explanation or documentation of the services provided.

No complaints. Came in and did their job. Friendly.

it went very well the cleaning crew arrived on time & they did an excellent job, they explained the work they were doing and what needed to be done. I am completely satisfied.

Ran a rotating brush connected to a cordless drill up chimney from inside. Vacuumed out the fireplace, but didn't clean anything he knocked down that would have been on the smoke box/shelf. Inspection consisted of looking up the chimney using a light on a phone. Never looked at the chimney outside until he was leaving and I asked. He glanced up at it and said it looked fine. In and out in less than 20 minutes. Did not provide written inspection report as listed either. Not impressed.

They were very punctual and put down floor protection before they started. After the cleaning they also sealed a couple of cracks.

Very well. A team of two worked on my roof, and hand cleared the gutters. I knew my house would exceed the terms of the Angies coupon, but I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the whole job cost much less than I'd feared. I expected an attempt to 'upsell' the job to installation of gutter shields, and indeed, there was a very brief question and answer conversation, without any high-pressure language. I didn't buy guards, but was left with good info to consider, and a positive feeling about the company.

I'll see I haven't used the chimney yet since the service

the two young men knowledgeable and eager to please. they took photos of the inside of my chimney so I can see what they were doing. They also sent me the pictures so that I could get estimates on it what it would cost me to fix it. and they kindly called me that afternoon with the estimate from their company. I would highly recommend MCC Cleaning and Restoration.

The end result was horrible! I was notified early the two man crew was on schedule to show up ~8:30 am CST. They arrived on time, began the work while I was cooking my breakfast so I did not monitor them as they worked. They completed the cleaning, asked to wash their hands, which was covered in black soot as well as one crew members clothes. They appeared to be in a hurry to leave my home and asked for payment while I was eating my breakfast, so my husband paid them via check. They did not answer my request for pricing on installing a chimney cap on the outside stack, just that they thought I had one ( one of the two is missing). They left in a hurry and almost left the check. When I went use my work computer located on a desk right of the fire place, I notice black soot on my hands from using my keyboard. At closer review the whole room was covered in a fine black soot, sofa, rugs, TV, tables, every item in the room, including my antique Japanese dolls on the fire place mantle. I call the service several times, left messages and finally received a call back at 1:30 PM. In the meanwhile, I started cleaning as the whole first floor of my house was covered, I mean everything. My kitchen hardwood floors was black as well, my swifter was completely black after cleaning with it! I vacuumed as much as possible, wipe down as much as possible. When I finally spoke with the service, they asked why I let the team leave if it was so dirty. My question to the service is why did her team leave a mess. Also, I have had my chimney cleaned every year and never did any of the other services leave such a mess. She offered to have them return and clean however I had already started the process and did not trust them back into my home. I did ask for my antique dolls to be cleaned but she said she would not know how to clean them nor did she offer to have them professionally cleaned. That is still on me to have done. Stay away from this service provide is my recommendation - in the long run it will cost you more work, monies and aggravation then if you hired some other service provider. They stated they will not cash my check, however they did not offer to return it so I have no proof of no payment at this time.
