MCC Cleaning & Restoration

Scheduling was easy, via AngiesList messaging Price was great, $89 with a coupon There was a delay, from the original time of day, but I was consulted and the later time actually worked better for me. Entire time here was only about 20-25 minutes - again, that was good for me. Only issue was that they were out of oven cleaner (and I didn't have any), so the glass didn't get cleaned. Would hire again.

It was completed as scheduled. But I am not able to see the results as I am recovering from a accidental injury. I used a new-customer discount Angie's List Coupon.

Great service. Chuck showed up on time and got right to work. When the job was done he showed me photos of the cleaned gutters.

I had gutter guards in place in the front of the house, where the birch tree was and no guards in the back. The service attendant scrambled up the ladder cleaned the gutters and picked up the limited trash that was removed from the gutters. This last rain proved they were clean as water flowed through the down spouts as it should. Service Tech was very polite. I will use them again at the close of the fall season and before we get weather that freezes any trapped water in the gutter.

They did a good job. Price was fine. Quality was good.

The technician was punctual and professional. I appreciated that he was thorough and explained everything he was doing. I also appreciated that he never tried to up-sell extra services like many companies tend to do. Great company and tech! I would highly recommend! :)

Waiting for more leaves to fall off the trees before performing work. Their fee will be $99.

MCC Cleaning is awesome! Chuck arrived right on time, went through the house to see the work required, took pictures of the blower (and later of some problems he found), showed us what he would do, and went over the optional additions. No pressure to add more services. His work was thorough (he spent more time here than I expected him to) and everything was cleaned up before he left. He took the furnace blower outside to clean it in order to make sure it didn't make the house dirtier. He found a few minor problems and fixed them at no additional cost, and then showed me what he did. I would highly recommend MCC Cleaning and Restoration. The price was excellent due to the Angie's List coupon.

They arrived late maybe 2hrs after the scheduled window. They did call and stated they had vehicle trouble so I appreciate that they still made it out. The company came in and got straight to it. They saw some cracks in the brick that they offered to repair for a extra $40 I think. I allowed the extra repairs and they were done in probably a hour or less. Overall I would use them again for sure!

They was 2.5 hrs late pass my windowed time. However the service was performed quickly once they did arrive. They seemed nice but no type of paperwork was given to show services performed. I also had some additional work done per his suggestion for a extra charge of $30 and no receipt was offered or given. The extra work was sealing in some cracks inside the fireplace. Overall they did OK I am now using my fireplace!

NOT SO WELL . when they cleaned the first time there was debris ( like leaves)left over in front of the house . after a check up by someone else it was determined that a lot of silt remained in the gutters . when the crew returned it turned out i would be charged 1$ per foot of gutter guard to be removed in order to clean out silt by hand - instead of flushing it out- i opted out . i am not satisfied .
