 + 0 moreI informed MCC and Groupon of the problems. Groupon immediately refunded their portion, but MCC refused to refund the additional $198 I paid them directly. I am still cleaning up from the mess MCC made.
Description of Work: MCC was supposed to clean my air ducts and vents. They left piles of dirt, dust, cobwebs, and debri in the vents and ducts. They knocked out my water heater controls and I had no hot water the next morning.
