Because of the option I chose we had to make another appointment. He followed up, arrived on time and I was able to leave him in my house and go to work. I was sent pictures of the completed work. I arrived home to a perfectly done job. I could not be happier and I would 100% use this company again.

Scott was professional in his company uniform and wore booties to access the enter the house. The work was completed quickly and he explained the problems and how to correct them myself in the future to avoid another service call.

 + -1 moreWe supplied the replacement 90 degree on/off valves from Menards. The plumber installed the valves , was paid and departed. When I arrived home after the installation, my wife showed me that the cold water valve "arm" interfered with the hose "grip" resulting in the valve not being able to be fully opened. I had to whittle away the plastic ""grip" to allow the valve to be fully opened. I would have expected a professional plumber to have drawn our attention to this situation AND rectified it. Very disappointed.

 + -1 moreBeautiful, so professional. So unique experience. Plumber was dressed in dockers and polo. That is a first. So polite, just a wonderful job of keeping everything dry and clean. Did work in a reasonable amount of time. Also they do not charge by the hour after first hour they charge by 15 minute intervals. I suggest no one go any further. It is an experience like you stepped back in time. Seriously, it was wonderful!
Description of Work: Oh my, what a great place. First used a coupon from Angie's List for Hosack. What a waste they were going to charge me $409.00 this is with the coupon and OJLaughlin did it for under $300. Very professional beautiful clean up, just a wonderful experience with plumbing. I always appreciate my plumbers, most of the time, but this company is absolutely wonderful. I will not look any further from now on. They are #1.

They badmouthed the company I purchased the original hardware from, and the plumber complained of his physical well being several times. The voucher I purchased was for: $39 for a plumbing service call plus $50 credit toward any necessary repairs. May be used for any number of plumbing issues, ranging from toilet repair to garbage disposal de-clogging. Deal covers labor only, materials not included. My total bill was the $39 plus $300 for parts and labor.
