Jason and Allen were great to work with. They had to wrestle with our 30 year old water heater and replace it with a nice new one. They arrived on time in a snow storm and finished hours ahead my expected time frame. I was waiting to hear a list of excuses and expensive problems. However everything was positive and informative. The guys were friendly and prepared. The cost estimate was exactly what the bill was. Plus I learned more about my house which was a great bonus.

I was satisfied with the work Jason did for me. We discussed the various items that I wanted to address & the main focus was on the faucet installation on my bathroom sink in the basement. Jason explained why I had to get a new stopper. I was a bit surprised about the total cost of services; but inflation has changed just about everything. I was particularly appreciative of how well he cleaned up after completing the job. That is a major plus for many customers! I would like to request Jason for future jobs.

I called Hosack on a Thursday morning because my water heater had died, and because of their great Angi reviews. They had a plumber, Kent, at my house before noon. Kent was fantastic ... great work, extremely knowledgeable, and VERY customer oriented. I'm extremely happy with Hosack's responsiveness, quality of work and attention to detail. Going forward, they (and I hope Kent!) are my plumbers of choice. I highly recommend!

It started off bad because I had the water heater installed, submitted my paperwork for my rebate for the installation and then my rebate ended up not getting honored because the water heater that was installed didn't qualify for Spire's rebate. Turn's out that the water heater that would fit my location as well as satisfy Spire's rebate, I would have had to wait 5 to 6 weeks for that specific water heater so, the owner of Hosack's Plumbing cut me a check for the amount of the rebate and the amount over time that the new water heater would have saved me. Not the perfect situation but, that was a win win for me as well as Hosack's Plumbing because a good water heater was installed just not one that would quite fit the Spire requirements for the rebate! Hence we didn't need to take a brand new water heater out and replace it with another water heater that was just .05 UEF Higher!

The plumber got back to me quickly, was very knowledgeable and did great work. As he had to go through my first floor ceiling to get to the source of the problem, he took care to remove as little drywall as possible to fix the issue.

Estimate and service were completed quickly. Price seemed very fair and was less than estimated. Work was high quality. Office team and plumber was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend.

I want to thank Hosack Plumbing, and Kent, for getting my situation cleaned up quickly and professionally. My water heater install is perfect, my water pressure spot on thanks to the new PRV, and is ready for inspection. Kent was thorough, professional, and very clean. He noticed my mask when I answered the door and wore a kn95 mask the whole time. The life coaching advice was an added bonus. Kent's work was great and I'm very pleased with the service provided.

We had a severely reduced flow in our kitchen faucet. The plumber came out and removed some plastic debris (probably from something that broke in the pipe) and the flow was back to normal. The following day it was restricted again, but they came out the same day, and removed more debris for no charge, calling it warranty service. Impressed. Will call again.

Kent stopped by and he was the nicest plumber I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He did the job quickly and showed me how I could do it myself next time. I would highly recommend Hosack for anyone looking into plumbing services.

We built our house 20 years ago. We discovered the master bathtub was leaking to our family room. Glenn tried to just reseal the drain but found our builder used the wrong materials and didn't properly configure it. Glenn apologized for having to cut the ceiling to get to the pipe that needed to be replaced but finished the repair quickly and cleaned up everything. I would definitely recommend Glenn at Hosack Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing help.

They were fantastic! My basement shower hadn't been used in a couple of years and I had no ideas what was wrong with it. They came and diagnosed the problem, gave me a fair estimate and did the work exactly as promised. Plus, they did a quick fix to the toilet for free. Very courteous and capable...I highly recommend and will certainly call them the next time I need a plumber!
