Description of Work: The plumber arrived and covered his shoes before coming inside for the "toilet tune-up." I had the master bedroom toilet in mind because it has an old float and was running. Mr. Glen Brooks helped me understand the problem and adjusted the float in a way that solved the problem. Then he replaced the old drain flap. | Each of the toilets was checked and I shared some of my concerns. He gave me prices to address those concerns based on a fixed price guide the company uses. The quotes he gave me were reasonable for the services. | When he looked at a bathroom faucet problem, it was easily addressed when the diffuser screen was cleaned. Mr. Brooks was well trained and very knowledgeable, and personable. I appreciated his thorough service with a complete list of what was accomplished on his visit. | This company has high standards.
