The selection process took a long time to find the right plumber. I talked to Steve, he really made me feel at ease about the company. Plus there was a coupon on Angie's list for the work. Scott was the plumber that did the install. He was patient and explained everything he was doing. (I always watch over the guys shoulder to see what is being done.) Everything went perfect, removal, install, cleanup, etc. It is great to find this kind of company nowadays. Keep up the good work.

I bought a new shower system and needed help installing it. Glen quoted me a priced but let me know my other option was to buy different hardware. If I follow his advice, I simply buy and install the fixtures myself. The guts inside the wall (already open to tile) are just fine and work with the upgraded features I wanted! Saved me a bunch in time and materials. While he was here he diagnosed another plumbing issue in my guest bath. the quote seems fair and now I know I can trust them to do what's best for me I'll be calling them back.

Good crew came to complete my repairs. Professional and on time. Price was higher that I expected to pay but I have not had any issues and they corrected the problems. I would/will call them again for additional plumbing needs as they arise.

Scott was our technician and he did a great job. He was super friendly and went the extra mile for us. The drain services we needed were not typical but he was able to complete them within the estimate that he gave us in terms of time and money. We are planning to have more work done by him if our budget permits, and he will be our first call for any issues going forward.

Hopsack Plumbing was punctual, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. They did what they were asked to do, explained things in the process, and cleaned up when they completed the job. What's not to like? I will use them again!

I have used Hosack before. Although I requested that Glen be assigned again, that did not work out and Scott was assigned to my repairs. He was great and explained everything and discussed each item and options with me. I felt very comfortable with him in my home, and I also felt confident that he was a good plumber.

My floors were protected from the front door to the shower door. Glen replaced a broken shower system with a really nice one and added a slide bar for the shower head to accommodate my short stature. He cleaned up any mess that may have been made. I have a couple more projects for Hosack Plumbing. I would highly recommend this company.

Glen was great. He explained everything he was doing as I watched so I could learn how to drain the water heater myself. He checked the pressure in all the faucets & cleaned up afterwards. I’d definitely hire Hosack again...and request Glen.

The plumber quickly determined the problem as a faulty cartridge inside the faucet and quoted the repair cost. The work was preformed quickly and professionally in about one hours time.

Very good. Very professional. Explained new codes which resulted in additional parts and work to install. Answered all questions and offersed suggestions on other plumbing items to improve operation and which I could easily perform. Performed installation, tested system and verified existing plumbing continued to operate properly.

Very well. There was no need to replace the toilet. All that was identified was that the brush that was stuck in the toilet was removed along with the flush. Cost us just $165 as opposed to then $225 quoted to replace the toilet and the cost of the toilet, which was $108 totaling $333. Saved $168.

We had a FREE estimate done by Hosack. when the technician arrived he was very friendly and clearly identified himself and his company. He listened to our needs and recommended the best solution for our shower problem. We hired him on the spot as I was very impressed with the professionalism of the technician Glenn. We accepted the estimate and they will be coming out on Monday to repair both of our showers and toilet. We are excited to have the work done by this awesome company and I am so glad that my friend referred me to you as well as seen your awesome reviews on Angie’s list. Thank you for being so easy to work with along with prompt and courteous. Also thank you to Glenn as we found out he is also a Marine. One other item to note as the technician was not a pushy sales person and did not try to make the sale. He even offered to leave the estimate and let us think about it and decide. It was just an extremely good experience and I was so pleased.

Hosack came out to review the site on June 28. He said give him a couple of days to come up with a bid and he would email it to me and call me first that it was coming. I heard nothing. A week or more after he came out, I called and left a message asking where the estimate was and I haven't heard a thing since and it has been 2 weeks. I am not impressed. I guess they don't need the work!
