"This company was not upfront with their pricing at all. I feel like I was robbed. I was expecting to pay about $300 for my pool to be closed for the year. That is roughly what I have paid in the past 2 years. This company did not tell me that they were going to charge $203/hr between 2 people. They did no other repairs, just felt like charging $1,100 to close a pool. I did not know I was going to be paying someone what I would pay my lawyer to close my pool. I would never have used this company if I would have known I was going to be paying over $1,000 to close a pool. That is insane how they feel comfortable charging that much. There are so many other great pool companies in Springfield to choose from. Please take my advice and use an honest company. I will never use this ridiculous company again."

"Customer service was excellent. Dale and his wife Shannin arrived promptly at 9 o'clock and went directly to work, as Dale and I previously discussed my options, and the price, on the telephone. Dale and his Shannin were cordial, polite and answered all of my questions and concerns. This Husband and wife team were neat, clean and efficient. I could tell that they were proud of their work and very attentive to ever detail. I generally prefer doing business with a family owned company, as they are personally on the job and the price was certainly fair, as I checked with several other companies. My patio was discolored, stained and totally faded out. I was hoping that Dale and Shannin would be able to bring back the original look.
