I chose KD Signature Construction to replace my deck because they were the only company that provided an itemized quote so I knew exactly what I was paying for. The deck is well built and sturdy. Using yellow wood and through bolting the rim joists to the posts. They tore down the old deck and built the new one in three days. Worksite was left fairly clean after work was completed. I gave five stars for their quality work at a fair price. Only negatives was the trucks rutted the yard a bit. Could have a bit better communication from time of quote to start of work. Didn’t get refunded for unused decking (ordered extra to allow for warped or damaged wood) Would likely hire again and recommend to others. Kody is polite, honest and does quality work.

Not sure you could ask for a better drywall guy than Kenny. He did excellent work, quickly, with a great attitude, and on time/on budget. Great guy! Highly recommend him for your drywall needs. For this job he hung and prepped two walls, fixed a large patch in an existing wall, cutout and replaced some ceiling damage, and fixed a long beam with cracked corner bead. All look excellent and match the existing surfaces perfectly. Hire with confidence.

He performed the work in a very timely and professional manner. His experience in this area shows, the concrete patio and landscaping brick he installed for us looks fantastic. Kody did an excellent job installing my wood and metal rail fence. He is clean and neat and was very easy to work with while the job was being completed. I have already hired him for another fence job!

It went well.

Short walls were poured outside the perimeter of the slab. But they needed to be part of overall slab dimensions. This meant pole barn walls had to be constructed inside the short wall instead of on top as discussed/planned, adding to the cost of construction for additional labor and flashing. Slab was out of square by 9" when we measured in preparation for construction of the pole barn. Concrete sealant was very unevenly applied. Labor charges seemed exorbitant.

A car damaged the corner fence post and they fixed it. They did a fantastic job and I would hire him again. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He even did a little extra research to do the job and it went very well. I would highly recommend him and I would definitely hire him again.
