TURNER CONSTRUCTION

Description of Work: Mr. Turner did not give us a quote, just looked at our insurance paperwork and said he could do the work for that amount of money. We wrote him a check in June 2015. From then until the end of October 2015, we got excuse after excuse and promise after promise with no results. The premise address listed on his website is the address of a Liquor Store. He refused to answer or return our phone calls until we threatened to contact an attorney & the BBB. We were at a local hardware store at the same time he was and confronted him in that parking lot. We let Mr. Turner know he would be sued for breach of contract if there was nothing done or he did not return our money within the week. There were empty promises made again, including the promise to deliver our materials. He finally admitted he had never ordered the materials. We contacted the police to accompany us to a meeting with him at the hardware store. Mr. Turner was notified of this. We were then refunded in full.
