For the ducts (arrived first)- Arrived on time as promised (got a pre-notice call). Actual bill ($1,000) was higher than estimate online, however I expected this because I had two air conditioning units and multiple vents in each room. What I would've appreciated is someone walking me through the difference between the online quote ($400) and the final bill ($1,000). The two employees explained the process of cleaning and cleaned every room. I can not say if any dust has been reduced because I just moved into the home when I had the work done. For the carpet, I also got a pre-notice call but it was when the duct work was still going on so they agreed to come back later which I apprecaited. Employees that came out were very professional and final bill ($150) matched estimate. I was a bit disappointed that the stains on the carpet in one room didn't come out. I did receive a courtesy call from Stanley Steemer and when I told them this the operator asked what the stain was (but since I just bought the house I didn't know) and said a technician could come out in a few days to take another attempt at it but this was never followed through. Also, one difference I did notice is that the duct group had a portable credit card machine and I received a receipt when the card was swiped but the carpet guys had the old carbon copy 2-ply paper, so I ended up writing a check for them because I did not want my card number written town. You would think the same parent company would have the same technoology.

I was very pleased with the result. They were very good. The price was very comparable to the other estimates that I got. The price was in the middle range. I thought that the price was very good. They were very professional.

The crew arrived to perform the tile cleaning within the scheduled window and quickly "cleaned" the tile in our kitchen. Before they had even packed up the equipment, my wife pointed out quite a few spots that did not look clean. The service man assured her it was just "still wet" and left. When the floor dried, there were spots all over the place .. it looked awful. I called the main office and spoke with Mike. I told him I was dissatisfied and expected them to make it right. He called me back in the morning, sent another crew that performed the job correctly. The second crew was nice, and apologetic and made sure that we were satisfied with the job the second time around. I was. However, This should have been done right the first time and I received no compensation for my time lost dealing with their problem. I also never received a follow up call from Mike to make sure I was satisfied. I will not do business with them again.

I cannot give them an excellent or even acceptable grade. This appeared to be a "bait and switch". The receptionist told me one price, stating that it was firm; no additional charges. As soon as the technician got here, the price started jacking up. He claimed certain items, ie, stair landings and a very short hallway were not in the original bid, which I found out today (from the Receptionist) that they were. Also included in the price WAS NOT any carpet sealing; that was extra, of course. The young technician that he was paid by commission and was out of the "biz" soon because he was joining the Navy. I should have told them to leave, but they were all setup and ready to go. And I was having a dinner party in two days. This was not the level of professionalism I expected. I told them on the phone today that I would never use them again AND I would be posting this review.

I have used them for several years and they are always great. They are always on time and they always call me first before they arrive. They are always very pleasant and knowledgeable. I have pet problems because I have a lot of dogs. They take care of all of the carpets. They do a great job and they are very inexpensive. Their quality is wonderful. They are always aiming to please.

They did a wonderful job. They did a great job. Even my neighbor was commenting how good a job they did when he was watching on the outside. There was no residue in the air when I turned my unit back on. The guys were professional but friendly at the same time.

.They really busted their butts. They work on Saturdays and they had the best price.

I hired Stanley Steamer to come to my home and clean my carpet, the quality of their work was satisfactory, and they were prompt and professional. Basically they were okay but I would not hire them again.

They do an excellent job. I was so impressed. I've never had my vents cleaned out. They were very thorough. It took about 3 hours. They cleaned up after themselves. They had to cut holes in the vents to do the cleaning, but they patched them back up.

It was the most awful experience. I had them come out first to clean my leather furniture. They spent half an hour telling me that all of the spots wouldn't come out. I wanted it cleaned. I wanted them to give me my money back. I had gotten the furniture cleaned for 1/3 lower cost in the past, and it actually was cleaned then. Finally, the guy told me that they only work on commission. They quoted me at $336 and I got it done for $225. I decided not to pay this company because they didn't get any work done.

It went fine. They were very responsive.

When they left, they left my carpets soaking wet and it took days for it to dry completely. They were in my house for less than 15 minutes to clean the carpets in my entire house! The living room alone took less than a minute and when they left I cleaned an area myself and did a better job than they did. I was very unhappy with them and will never recommend them to anyone.

They came in, did the job, and were very professional. We were happy with the results.

The one string of sanity I had in the huge mess of a sump pump failure was Stanley Steemer. No one wants a pool of water in their basement (ok, outside an actual pool). I was definitely pleased to have a team that responded with the sense of urgency I felt, but with the sense of assurance I needed as well as the professional tools and insight the job required. This could not have been handled better- from the initial call to the follow-up visits and calls. This has been obvious by their water extraction leader, Geoff, who has been exemplary. I definitely do not feel like a number to this company, but a valued customer. They are rare in this industry, showing true concern and consideration.

They did an awesome job. The team of guys they sent were phenomenal. Everybody that saw the carpet thought they were great. They were very professional and very polite. They got the carpets stellar. Their price was comparable. I would absolutely use them again.

They last did work for us about four months ago. I thought they were very professional and we had no problems what so ever. They were great in scheduling appointments.

They did an above average job and were in and out within an hour. I was not expecting this level of service.

They arrived exactly when they said they would and did a great job of cleaning the carpet. They were very professional and finished quickly. They moved all the furniture and then moved it all back and put foam blocks under all the furniture so that the carpet would dry well. We will definitely hire them again.

PROS: The "lead" guy and his "assistant" were very professional and explained everything in detail before they started work. They did a good job on a 7- year-old carpet that had never been cleaned and that had pet stains.CONS: The "lead" guy was extremely chatty, and tried to sell me everything in the book. I guess this is part of their "sales strategy." It got old after awhile. When the work was finished, I owed $3.00 above the Groupon. When I asked "So I owe you just the $3, right?" he responded..."Unless you want to give me a tip." Now I don't mind giving a tip for good service, but I don't expect to be asked for it. I ended up giving him a $10 tip, for which he didn't even say "Thanks." Another thing that bothered me was that everything was an "add-on". The basic cleaning was $45, and then the stain removal was another $18, and then the Scotchgard was another $25.

They were very professional and cleaned the carpet thoroughly. The job was done without and problems and adequately. The carpets are cleaned so well, that there is no residue left. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

They did pretty good job. They showed up when they were supposed to. They explained what was going to happen. They followed up on what was going to happen. They were knowledgeable. They indicated that my carpet was defective. They suggested it to be replaced by the manufacturer. I really didn’t expect anybody to volunteer that. They told me exactly what the problem was, so that I could indicate that to the manufacturer. I would use them in the future.

Crew of two arrived on time and went right to work. they were very professional and even offered not to do the cleaning of the furniture becuase the covers could have been taken off and done in a washing machine. However, because we were getting married on May 14 and having the rehearsal dinner at our hosue on the 13th, we told them to do it because we were so short on time. One of the dogs had eaten chocolate and thrown up on the rugs leaving a nasty, sticky mess. the rugs look and feel like new since Stanley Steemer cleaned them. Furniture also looks great. The crew took great pains to make sure we understood it would take time for things to dry and emphasized we should not walk on the rugs, even putting signs down on the floor. They worked very quickly and efficiently. I've used Stanley Steemer in the past in another state and am glad I chose them for this project at my new home. I will continue to use them in the future.
