Description of Work: They cleand my tile and grout! |The prices were very unclear and caused a lot of conflict! The end result was good service technicians good. Office staff was very unprofessional and totally mixed up on the Angie's list pricing! They attempted to make it right but did not honor the deal as it was offered! I would use again providing the office improves!!!

Description of Work: This may be a result of booking through Angie's list versus the provider, but...when they called me for scheduling the appointment after paying on Angie's list, I missed the call and called them back at the number and extension provided. The person who answered the phone had no idea what I was talking about or how to make the appointment. She didn't know the extension I referenced or the name of the person who called me. After that was straightened out and the appointment was scheduled, I confirmed the service address. Then on the day of the service, they called me at 7:30 am and told me they were on the way. I raced to the property and waited until 10am (not my definition of "on their way"). When they did show up, they showed up at the billing address, not the service address. However, once I spoke with the dispatcher, they came right over and made it right. A big pain for scheduling, but they did a good job all in all.

Im so sorry to hear about your experience. This is certainly not the 'norm' for us. It does sound like one of our local, St Louis office, CSAs called you to schedule your appointment and left your their personal extension number to return the call. If you called back before 7:30am CST or after 5:00pm CST, you would have been redirected to our call center, and that makes sense that their agents wouldn't be aware of our extensions or our names here. Very sorry about that confusion. Ill be sure to remind the CSAs to inform customers of our office hours here in St Louis. I hope the cleaning and experience with the crew was excellent. I am not sure what happened with the scheduling and address mix up. We can pull that call and listen to it if you would like.
