My carpets looked brand new when they were finished. I have used them on several occasions and the work is always amazing. They are prompt and reasonable in their prices. I would recommend them to other people anytime, because they are such a great company to work with.

They were very professional and the furniture and carpets looked like new. They arrived to my home on time. They were very cordial and mannerly. They were very thorough and did a nice job! I will definitely call on them again!

We found them very professional, they did a good job. They came when they were supposed to and we are very satisfied with the work.

The basement carpet had been wet and had mildew in spots. The cleaners explained to me that they did the best they could. I was pleased with the way it looked. The hallway carpet upstairs looked very nice. Both carpets are light beige. The problem occurred when the hallway carpet had dried. There were dark brown spots all over it. I called and a "courtesy call" was set up. This company refuses to give a specific time even when there is a problem. Two different people came and explained that sometimes white carpets "brown out." They re-cleaned and again it looked great until it was dry when the spots appeared again. I had to set a 3rd appointment. Blake (a manager) came out and cleaned again. The 3rd product was not safe for animals until it dried. I did not want anything toxic. No apology was offered for any of the problems. I had to take off work 3 times to wait for this company (10 hours). I have used Stanley Steemer for years and in different cities. I will never use them again.

I used to have them twice a year minimum. But the last time they came, I didn't feel that they worked as hard as they needed to. They had a bad attitude and were almost grumpy. I told the office when I called them that I am in a wheelchair and could not help move the furniture. I offered to pay a little extra for their troubles, but I was just disappointed with their work. They are in and out too quickly.

They arrived exactly on time and got to work immediately. They were professional and did an excellent job. We had them clean the same rooms last year, and they did a great job, so we called them again. They are consistently good. And their people are very professional--the kind of people you trust to work on your home.

They did a really good job. I think I paid $99 for 5 rooms.

Arrived on time, explained procedure, completed work quickly (house was empty so no furniture to move) and left no mess. I was originally quoted a price without Scotch-guard. On the day of service, the technician convinced me I should do it (bedroom carpets all white) which added substantially to cost ($100). Overall, I was very pleased with their work and the result.

Did a very good job. Moved and cleaned under furniture. Were careful to clean up and put pads under furniture legs etc. Came when scheduled, did work promptly and were courteous.

We were very happy with the cleaning. The crew that did the cleaning were very professional and friendly. They were punctual and explained everything very well.

Good for the most part. Prompt, efficient and took good care of the furniture. They also moved the furniture. In one room, it seemed like the shampoo wasn't completely rinsed out.

THEY WORKED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.

Excellent results in cleaning of carpet. Courteous and timely on their arrival time. Fast but thorough. Performed all jobs expected. I would use their services again without hesitation.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH STANLEY STEEMER SHOWED US WHY WE SEE THEIR TRUCKS ALL OVER ST. LOUIS. THEY CLEARLY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING, AND WE WERE QUITE SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS. ADMITTEDLY, OUR CARPET WAS NOT NEW SO IT DID NOT LOOK TERRIFIC AFTER CLEANING, BUT IT WAS DEFINITELY BRIGHTER. A GROCERY STORE CARPET STEAMER WOULD PROBABLY HAVE ACHIEVED SIMILAR RESULTS BUT THE BUYER OF OUR CONDO WANTED THE JOB DONE PROFESSIONALLY. WE FELT THE PRICE WAS NOT UNREASONABLE, CONSIDERING THAT A CREW OF THREE MEN WAS SENT. OUR ONE COMPLAINT: DESPITE ADVANCE NOTICE THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO DO THE JOB ON THE DAY WE REQUESTED.

THEY WERE ON TIME, AND DID QUICK WORK. SOME SPOTS THEY COULD NOT REMOVE. BUT THEY WERE FROM PREVIOUS OWNERS, AND WE ARE NOT SURE HOW LONG THEY HAD BEEN THERE.

THESE PEOPLE WERE AMAZING. THEY SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT DAY, CALLED BACK TO CONFIRM AND WERE ON TIME. THE SERVICE PERSON WAS VERY HELPFUL IN EDUCATING ME ON WHEN I COULD GO ON THE CARPET AGAIN AND WHAT I SHOULD DO TO KEEP IT CLEAN.

I NEEDED MY CARPETS CLEANED WITHIN A 3 DAY WINDOW AND THEY WERE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE. THEY DID A GOOD JOB IN CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT. I THOUGHT THE COST WAS SOMEWHAT PRICEY, BUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS VERY GOOD.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY DID PRESSURE ME A LITTLE TO DO MORE THAN WHAT I THOUGHT I NEEDED SUCH AS SCOTCH GUARDING IN ROOMS THAT DO NOT HAVE A LOT OF TRAFFIC. THEIR ADVERTISED PRICE SEEMED REASONABLE, BUT WHEN THE WORK WAS FINISHED, IT WAS A BIT PRICEY. I THINK THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB.

TWO MEN CAME AND GAVE AN ESTIMATE. ONE MAN ARRIVED AND SPENT 3 HOURS CLEANING THE FLOORS. AFTER CLEANING, HE GOT DOWN ON HIS HANDS AND KNEES AND SEALED ALL THE GROUT. IT LOOKS WONDERFUL!!

WAS ON TIME, VERY POLITE. I'M SATISFIED WITH THE FINISHED JOB.

THE TWO GENTLEMEN WHO CAME TO OUR HOME WERE COURTEOUS, KIND AND EFFICIENT. THEY WERE ALSO VERY HELPFUL IN TERMS OF GIVING US ADVISE REGARDING CARE OF OUR CARPET AND FURNITURE.

THEY QUOTED A PRICE OF $100 BUT ACTUALLY CHARGED $175 AND THE COUCH LOOKED EXACTLY THE SAME AFTER THEY GOT DONE. THE SPOTS AND DIRT WERE STILL THERE. THE SERVICEMEN WAS ONLY THERE ABOUT 15 MINUTES. OVERALL, THEY WERE PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL, BUT THE COST AND QUALITY WAS EXTREMELY POOR.

IT WAS CLEAN, A LITTLE EXPENSIVE, BUT THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO.

VERY NICE AND QUICK. THEY WERE DONE IN 20 MINUTES.

THEY WERE CAREFUL WITH MY FURNITURE AND THEY DID A THOROUGH CLEANING. I WAS PLEASED.
