The technicians arrived on time and worked quickly. My only disappointment was that in cleaning the couch and chair, they apparently didn't remove the crumbs, etc. that had accumulated in the back crease and corners. I don't know if I should have done that ahead of time, but had to do it before putting the cushions back on. I would have thought that would be part of the deal. Otherwise, I think they did a good job.

I just love them. I think that they are terrific and the best.

The two workers showed up on time and were friendly. The assistant was new, so the experienced worker was walking him through the process. Not a big deal to me. Since this was a basement carpet, I had them come in through the back door, which meant parking on the street and dragging the hoses around and down the stairs. They didn't seem to mind that extra step. I had already moved all the furniture out the night before, so I can't say for sure how that would have been handled. The only piece I didn't move was the large sectional couch, which I was told if they had to move to clean under, I would be charged for two rooms instead of one, which didn't make a lot of sense to me since I thought they move furniture anyway. Since I had saved them the step, I figured this wouldn't have been a problem, but apparently it was. Since I didn't want to hassle with it, I just had them clean around it. They took up a good amount of dirt since it had probably been years since cleaned, and I was happy with the outcome. One thing I would like to see however, is to have the workers put something over their shoes, like disposable sleeves or something. After they left, I noticed a few dirt spots tracked in from outside, which I had to then clean! I turned on my dehumidifier to the highest setting and after about 24 hours, the carpet was completely dry for me to move everything back. Overall it went about as expected.

I was disappointed with them because there is an area in the bed room where the dogs lay and it did not come clean to me at all. It looks as it did before they started and that was the main reason why I wanted it done. Some area is clean as I think it could have been. The people that were here were fantastic. They were very nice and I think they worked very hard. I think they could have used something on that area and because they were advertising about that I thought they should be able to do that. When I said something to them about it, they said sometimes it's hard to get all that out. They were a little expensive.

Carpets look 100% better, they did a very nice job. They actually showed up a little early and were thorough, but efficient.

It didn't go. They never came. What a waste of time and energy it is to try to do business with these people.

They are reasonably priced. I am pretty much satisfied with them. I would continue to use them.

The phone person seemed fine - I told her my rec room was large - the length of the house. When the workers got there, they decided to measure and then raise the price, so I asked them to leave. The phone saleslady told me there would be no surprises unless I decide to add something.

They worked hard the whole time they were here. They did a good job; the carpets were clean when they left. They did what they promised to do. I will recommend them to others.

They came when they said they would, they were able to get the cleaning done in an acceptable amount of time. They weren't able to move the really big furniture, but they did protect them and raise them up off the ground. I wouldn't expect miracles, but a good general cleaning is what they provide.

They were available right away. They trained their technicians very carefully. They got the job done quickly. They got the carpets really clean. I was not worried to have them in my house. The technicians were really knowledgeable and did a great job.

I called them specifically because a guest had spilled red wine on our 2 year old carpet. They were unable to get that out but they did get coffee stains out. One thing I really like about them is that within a few hours after they've left, they call to see how things went. Anytime we have our carpets cleaned they are always very professional. When we spoke to the woman we let her know it was good service but they weren't able to get the stain out. She said to wait until it dries to see if it had come out. It is still there but they are coming back out tomorrow to try to get it out.

They rushed the job a bit too much. It seemed they were in a hurry to get to their next job. They were friendly. They were easy to get in touch with. I was satisfied with the service I had received.

They do try push their other products on you. They do a really good job, though. Plus they are very neat and very fast. I have used them about 6 times, and I am happy with their work.

I was under a time crunch and needed to find someone who could clean my sofa before it was to be moved. They were great about coming out quickly, but their work was average at best.

The company called in advanced and showed up on time. The equipment used was clean and they were very careful not to damage anything. The two cleaners were very friendly and professional. The original quote was for $580 but when they arrived they stated the guest room was not included and charged another $94. This was disappointing as I knew I was already being grossly overcharged. The entire work took 90 minutes and the quality of work was excellent. Carpets look, feel, and smell fresh as well as the two microfiber sofas so kudos for their excellent work. Did discover that consumers should NEVER request deodorizer or protection. These are expensive extras that the company will do anyway so requesting them just lets them add it to your bill. Advise to all Angie's List Members: Just get the carpets cleaned and let them apply whatever extras at their expense. While I respect the work they did, I did feel cheated regarding the price (and I was aware of it up front so I will take responsibility for my selection).

They can be very flexible, tipping cash makes them more flexible. They have been helpful. On time if not early and have done an excellent job.

They did not move furniture as promised and did not clean near edges of carpet until I specifically requested they go back and do it. They cleaned pet stains off carpet. They called to say a team was "on its way" and it took more than an hour (after this call) for them to arrive. Their hose leaked water on my hardwood floor.

They were very trustworthy to have in my home. I have used their services on numerous occasions. Every time, I have been quite pleased with their quality of work and timeliness. Unfortunately, I do not recall the cost.

I received the quote over the telephone by stating the measurements. They stuck to their price. The employees did a great job at removing the tough stains. I appreciate the people cleaning the carpets did not attempt to up sale on additional cleaning techniques. This was the second time I used them and was quite satisfied.

If I hadn't seen them clean everything with my own eyes, I wouldn't have thought they did. The one technician seemed to be a salesman. He was fast talking and was telling me what I needed to make the cleaning better. After they were finished, I told him the stains were still there. He gave me a series of excuses like they must have been there a long time and that kind of stain won't come out no matter what. They were on time and did act relatively professional. I didn't think they did a very good job though, so I wouldn't use their services again.

I have very old carpeting and I dont want to replace it at this point. So Stanley Steamer does a great job at prolonging the life of the carpet. They remove and stains and leave the carpets smelling good and looking great.

They always do a great job. I always wait until they have a special and then have them do a lot of work. They do a great job on stains and with the whole process in general. I like that they are always doing promotions.

I heard a knock at my door. They said they had just finished cleaning my neighbors carpet next door and would offer me a special deal to let them clean our carpets. They were very aggressive in a good way. They came in and did a wonderful job! I dont know if they are punctual or not due to the fact this was not a set appointment.

I am really not very thrilled about this company. I did not feel that their workers looked very professional. I also feel that they were charging me a lot for the quality of the job they did. I have found a new company to clean my carpets for me, in the future.
