Everything went great! The installers were very nice and professional. The windows are great quality too. They also did a great job of cleaning up when they were finished. Can't wait till we can save up and call Chaney Windows and Doors to replace our front door!!

Wonderful experience working with Chaney's! My 2 family in south city is in less than stellar shape, and the door jamb was anything but rectangular. Scott made me feel at ease about wanting something sturdy but not showy. Also very easy to communicate with via email and text- a bonus since I don't live at this particular address and can be hard to get a hold of. Very pleased with the price, service and finished product! Can't wait to use Chaney's again when it's time for new windows.

Scott (owner) is very detailed, very knowledgeable and did not pressure us in any way to do more than we asked for initially. Fine. Thanks for the job well done on our new front door. We love the color and how well the door opens and closes. The door sounds and is, I am sure, tight against the elements. We no longer feel air when we go anywhere near the door. One of the main reasons we replaced it. The installers did a good job and left everything to our satisfaction. Great. There was a minor issue and Scott Chaney came out in two days to fix it. They were able to custom make a window that other companies could not. The price was fair, in line with others, less than some.

Scott was fast and thorough. Prior to installation, he helped me navigate the complicated historical building codes for my neighborhood. There were only a few choices available because of these stringent codes and he helped me make the right choice that was both cost effective and long lasting.

Great! Scott has replaced several of the windows in my house when the seals have broken. These are all custom windows. He first measures the window to get the exact dimensions, then returns later with a custom window and installs it. He has also replaced several screens for me. I highly recommend Chaney Windows and Doors if you have custom windows that you need replaced.

This was a very difficult job, but Scott took on the challenge and did outstanding work. He is a true craftsman who takes great pride in his work and is a perfectionist. The job had problems that weren’t evident until the door and frame were removed, but Scott fixed everything, and the door now works fine.

This young man came out the same morning I called which given the situation I REALLY APPRECIATED THAT! Kept in touch on arrival time and was here and working the second he said he would be. Scott Chaney, the owner was very professional from our first meeting. He showed up on time as promised. Always answered any emails or texts before and after our initial meeting for our quote in a timely manner. He was in tune with what we wanted right away and was able to give us a great selection of an excellent family of products and we had more than enough options to choose from to make a good decision. He provided a detailed written bid and budget and the down payment was a reasonable about 20%. The job came in on budget with no surprises. His crew chief Tony did a great job with the installation of the front door and sidelights and the window trim and he spent a great deal of time making sure our garage entry door (which had a huge air gap) fit properly and was properly weather sealed. Instead of leaping to recommending reinstalling or replacing our patio door, Scott felt the best solution was to start with proper caulking. We will see how that keeps the worms out! I did appreciate suggesting a much less costly solution to start for this issue. We had a minor issue with the way our front door was hung, initially it was about a cm out of line with the frame and it was immediately adjusted to our satisfaction, in the mark of a true professional our concerns/suggestions were taken constructively and acted on, rather than explained away or minimized. Our happiness was paramount. Tony, our crew chief, took great care of our home and cleaned up perfectly anywhere he worked. He was friendly and a real gentleman. It was obvious he cares about the quality of his work and the reputation of the company at which he works. Scott was able to recommend a painter for our door. Owner Scott Chaney worked with us to provide pricing for several windows but allow us to replace and have a few installed at a time to fit our budget and scheduling needs. The installers are pleasant, professional and thorough, working quickly and efficiently and leaving you with gorgeous new windows! You are not buying the cheap $89 window install experience here (I've done that once and will NEVER do that again!!) With our door installation, they spent extra time ensuring the trim, threshold and molding around the door were both solidly replaced and aesthetically pleasing. And the door itself is so beautiful!
