Finding a company that will do one window is hard. Chaney was recommended by someone who did work on our house. They responded within a day or two, measured, gave us our options which were numerous, and about 8 weeks later (supply chain, everything takes longer than you want) they installed the window, it's perfect. I couldn't ask for a better experience. We highly recommend these guys.

I cannot recommend Chaney enough! I ordered my door back in May and the company was having issues getting my particular door (manufacturing/shipping issues). They keep in contact with me throughout and after several months without any info from the door manufacturer, they decided to upgrade me to a similar door as a gesture of good-will for my wait! Joe and his team came and installed the door quickly and proficiently. They even vacuumed under my doormat before leaving! VERY professional team, from the sales rep Jessie, to the office manager, Alyson, to the installation team. I would not hesitate to use them again!

Excellent! From the first moment I called Chaney Windows and Doors and spoke with Alyson, I knew that this was a company unlike any other. (She's amazing!). We had a front storm door and our sliding patio door replaced. We love them! Chaney is a wonderful example of what GREAT customer service looks like. Perfect. The company was very proactive with their communication. The two installers were very professional and very knowledgeable. They explained everything as they went along and when they finished they explained everything we needed to know about the windows. Left no mess and even swept up after they were done.

Amazing service and great quality product! From the moment I spoke to the receptionist to schedule a bid to the second the installation crew drove away, leaving me with beautiful windows, I was impressed. Jesse, the salesperson, was personable and attentive to our needs. He worked hard to ensure that he gave us a fair and competitive bid. Later, Scott came over and did a final measurement. He was professional and willing to answer any and all of my window replacement questions. Brian and Kevin, who did the three day installation, were absolutely amazing. They were respectful of our property (inside the house and out), hard working and knowledgeable of their product. They cleaned up after themselves EVERY night and didn't leave a speck to me to clean. (They even vacuumed the floor in the house, around the windows after working on them!). I would absolutely hire Chaney Windows and Doors again. Additionally, I'm telling everyone I know who is in the market for new windows to give them a call!

when i decided to do the last window replacement, the "old" company left me feeling like he couldn't be bothered with just one window. I called Chaney and was greeted with kindness and effort. I used the same brand/style of window. The installation was flawless, nearly silent and the pricing was more than fair. i appreciate their willingness to contiue to do business during the pandemic. they followed guidlines and i couldn't ask for anything more. :) thanks Scott for your hometown business.

Excellent no-pressure sales though not highly advertised. Better than average install, finished in one day, vacuumed up, washed windows, cleaned whole area, explained how windows worked. Wore mask & gloves entire project. No question, would hire again!

There were a few expected issues that came up during the install, and in each case the installers and the owner of the company kept us informed and worked to find a solution. The work was completed as promised and within the estimated budget.

I hired Chaney Windows and Doors to replace a door on a detached garage. It was a difficult job due to termite damage, but the installer did an excellent job and the door looks great. I would definitely hire them again.

We are currently in the process of selling our home and needed one non-operational window replaced. Scott Chaney quickly came out and provided an estimate. We received bids from several larger companies as well but made the decision to go with Chaney Windows.
