There were issues getting into the ware house and they really went above and beyond to complete the delivery. Price was very good and they were professional and friendly. I have recommended them to several friends.

The entire process was extremely smooth. I contacted Chris via email and provided furniture dimensions and number of steps in our home, received a prompt response, and was able to schedule the move quickly. He honored an Angie's List coupon and provided a discounted rate. On moving day, Chris and another young gentleman arrived at the agreed on time with their truck, and I walked Chris around the house to identify the items to be moved. From their, the two men worked quietly and efficiently to load our items in their truck. I led the way to our new house while the truck followed. Having arrived, I walked Chris around the new house and pointed out where the items should go. Never once did I have to repeat myself about where items should end up-- Chris kept my instructions memorized! Our agreed upon price for their services didn't change (Chris had established via email that the quote would cover the items I outlined and that any additional items added beyond the initial quote would increase the price-- very fair and reasonable). All in all, a perfectly smooth move. I would absolutely use LoadRunners again and highly recommend them as a professional, quality moving company.

I'd love to give Load Runners an A. The workers were professional, efficient, and worked hard. Even my dog liked them, and he hates everyone in a uniform. With the exception of one piece of furniture, which a 3" chunk of wood was taken off the bottom of (I've glued it back on, and it looks fine), everything arrived in perfect condition. Everything that arrived, that is. My husband just got out of the military, and we have moved at least once a year for the last 6 years, but this is the first time all of our stuff couldn't fit in one truck. The way that they schedule moves is VERY specific (you go through every single item, and count all your boxes), and I supposed I guessed low, since the 18' truck they sent to move my entire house left out about 35 boxes, some lawn care equipment, and a piece of furniture - all of which I moved myself in a UHaul the next day (I am not a strong woman, so it was quite a feat to do!). Load Runners did offer to come in early the following Friday to get my move done, but at almost the original cost added to our already paid bill. Understandably, the additional cost is just to cover labor, etc since the original quote was apparently too low - I get that. On the other hand, I also hired movers, and then had to move myself (all by myself, since it was now mid-week, and not a day I could get friends/family to help before I needed to be out). I may hire them again, but I can not make this point more clear: BE EXACT ON WHAT YOU WANT TO HAVE MOVED so you don't run into a situation like I did.

On both ends, they were professional, efficient and careful with our items. They did a great job and we would absolutely use them again and refer friends and family to them.

We were so impressed with Loadrunners punctuality, professionalism, and speed. The movers arrived right on time and began working immediately without hesitation. They moved all our boxes first and then loaded up the van with the furniture so that when they unloaded we could place our furniture first. They were careful with all our personal items and nothing was damaged at all during the move. When unloading they asked where all the furniture went and even tightened the legs of our table which got a little bit loose during the move. Overall our movers were polite and friendly and a pleasure to work with. We've never hired movers before but now I don't think we'll ever move without them again!

Overall we were very pleased with the service provided by Loadrunners. They were fast, courteous, and respectful of our property. We would certainly use them again in the furture for small or large jobs.

The team was on time. They were courteous. The logistics of this move were a bit complex, but they did a fabulous job with the level of complexity. They were also able to help me with additional in house moves and charged a very reasonable rate.

Based on the positive reviews found on Angie's List, I emailed Chris at Loadrunners to ask for a quote, and sent him a list with dimensions of items we wanted moved to our new home. He responded promptly. We have some heavy antiques and other furniture. Chris came to our home to see items firsthand, made some quick videos for his estimates, and had the quote to us the next day. Moving day arrived but unfortunately, the weather turned out to be a factor--snow! He was concerned because some of his guys couldn't get in to work that day. That turned out to be a good thing, because we were able to spend more time getting ready for them. He called shortly after that to say they could come on Sunday, even though it isn't a day they normally work. Sunday was bright and clear, and the crew showed up precisely on time and got right to work. He was able to bring five able-bodied guys with him. They completed the work in very good time. As they were placing the furniture in the new home, one of the guys (can't remember his name) even helped give us guidelines on furniture placement and design--a nice touch! Speaking to some of the guys, I learned that most of them had been with Chris and Loadrunners either since he started the company or for at least several years. There was only one new guy, and he acted like he'd been with them for years too! Overall, VERY satisfied with Loadrunners. Even my husband was impressed, and he's picky. We've had some bad experiences with movers in the past, and this time was refreshing and pleasant. Nothing was broken or damaged. Thanks to Loadrunners for an awesome job, and thanks to Angie's List for helping us find GREAT companies to work with!

I spoke with Chris regarding my move from the Chesterfield area to the Ballwin area. He was very friendly and professional. He gave me a quote over the phone according to what I was moving. I was able to have the installers Mike and Alanzo come out within three days of talking with Chris. They were excellent. They introduced themselves and went straight to work. The move went faster than I thought, but the guys took the time to make sure everything was correctly packed, assembled and arranged the way I liked. I cant' say enough of how pleased I am with LoadRunners. The price Chris quoted me was more than fair and that is exactly what I was charged. If I ever have to move again, I know who to call!

Load Runners has been picking up, transporting, & arranging furniture for us personally and for our antiques and interior design business for over 18 months. I had called 2 companies about moving specific large items from my old house to my new house. My third call was to LoadRunners. We scheduled a free home estimate - which no other company would do. Chris arrived on time and we discussed the items to be moved. He asked very good questions and brought to my attention a few things I hadn't considered. After a thorough review of the items to be moved, he had a quote to me within a few hours, as promised. I was impressed with Chris and the quote. We agreed that they would perform the move! Moving day comes and 3 young men arrive on time and with the utmost professionalism. They are all in uniforms and are aware of the scope of the move. They review the items with me then commence a very organized, considerate, and deliberate move. They were spectacular! They were kind and courteous and fabulous to work with. They were indeed full service in that they placed items exactly where I wanted them! Even going so far as to put the throw pillows on the couch! When they got to the new house, the curio cabinet had moved during transit and a piece of glass had broken. Mike came to me immediately, told me what happened and took full responsibility. He said he would take it, have the glass replaced and return it to me the next day. He did exactly what he said he would do and at absolutely no charge to me. I was beyond impressed. LoadRunners made moving day a very positive experience for me and I am very grateful. These guys were outstanding and I HIGHLY recommend them.

As I stated above Roadrunners was terrific. This was a personal move for me, I am an interior designer and will use them again, for deliveries, rearrangment of clients' furniture, as well as major moves.

These guys were great. They moved everything very quickly. they wrapped my couch (since it is white microfiber) in plastic to ensure it didnt get dirty during the move. Also, if any pieces needed to be disassembled to be moved, they did this as well. The best part, they charged a flat rate by piece, so i knew exactly what my cost was going to be. This was one thing that made me leary of using other movers. Because they did this, I had no "concerns" with them performing "slowly". The best part, they easily came in well below what other companies were going to charge. The value this company brought to me was unbelieveable! Great price, great service. Overall, A++++. Everything went wonderful. These guys were so incredibly careful and respectful- could not have been any more polite. I would highly recommend Loadrunners for anyone that is looking for movers! They made the movers that I used in the past look like a complete joke.

There was a little bit of a break while delivering the statutes but they reimbursed the amount right away. They people who came out were absolutely great. Four guys who came to perform the work and they were personable as well as very careful with everything. I would use them again in the future.

I used them in the past. They are specialists in moving antique furniture. They were recommended to me. They are always on time and pleasant to work with. They are good movers as far as being very concerned about the pieces they are moving. They are very cautious and aware of what they are doing.

Chris and his crew are FANTASTIC. They're prices are extremely reasonable. I was afraid that my furniture would not all fit into my garage and sunroom, but they made it work. When moving the furniture back into the house after my hardwood floors were just refinished, they took the time to install sticky pads on the all of the furniture so I could easily move it in the future without scratching the floors. They also took two pieces of furniture that I no longer wanted to a local resale shop.

I had a little trouble getting hold of them initially by phone, but I think I called late on a Friday (and it was the day after Thanksgiving). When Chris called me back he apologized for the delay. the move was really great in every way. They arrived exactly on time, were very professional and very friendly in addition. They worked quickly, didn't waste any time. They even helped with closing a stuck garage door when they were finished, which took a little time and trouble. Very easy to work with and the total cost was less than I expected.

LoadRunners was terrific! I called four movers to get estimates. All four estimates were similar, but I chose LoadRunners because of the pleasant, patient, professional manner that Chris had on the phone. A few days later, when Kyle came out to the house to go over what I would be moving, I got the same good feeling from him as I had from speaking with Chris on the phone. None of the other companies required (or offered) a home visit in advance to plan for the move. While this was an extra step, it made all the difference to me in feeling secure about my choice of movers and less stressed out in general about my move. On the day of the move, Kyle and two movers showed up right on time and got to work immediately. They arrived at 10am and departed my house fully loaded with everything that was being moved by 11:30. At the apartment, they could not have been more helpful. They arranged all the furniture and even came up with creative ideas for placing a few pieces of furniture in rooms where they did not fit in the way we had thought they would. They made sure that all the boxes were placed in the most convenient places for unpacking. And they were finished by 2pm. The whole move was complete in four friendly efficient hours. I would definitely use LoadRunners again and will recommend them to anyone I know who is moving.

Perhaps not the least expensive service, but how much is a timely, professional job worth? Large antique china cabinet picked up from Big Bend Antique Gallery (Maplewood) and delivered to my home in West County. No worries, no fuss. Nice guys. On time. Cabinet in perfect condition. Highly recommended.

They were extremely friendly. We had some large pieces that had to go into some small spaces, and they were very creative and careful. The price was fair.
