I would not consider anyone else. After the initial move which took only 1/2 hour to completely move kitchen, family room and dining room furniture to basement, I knew I would hire again to do the reverse which did take longer but only because our large area rugs which were out for cleaning the first time needed to be placed in respective room before furniture. The attention to detail with precise placement AND the TLC gentle handling of all our furniture and freshly refinished hardwood floors and painted rooms was incredible!

I can't recommend them highly enough. They arrived on time, ready to go. They were very quick and efficient, but not overly hurried. The price was exceptionally reasonable. There were stairs up to my old apartment that didn't slow them down at all.

I had a crew of two scheduled to arrive at a house for furniture pickup at 10:00. Kyle and Tom were at the door at 10:00 on the dot and were ready to roll. The first part of the job was a doozy---I had explained upon making the reservation that the furniture pickup would be difficult, but there was just no way to fully illustrate the situation. They needed to load into the truck an EXTREMELY, extraordinarily heavy behemoth of a dresser from the second floor of a home (with exterior steps to boot) PLUS one small and one rather large piece of furniture from a third floor (with a very narrow staircase that has a 180 degree turn at the top). Not an easy feat. They acknowledged that the dresser was incredibly heavy, but were super professional and adept and knew exactly how to handle things. They got to the apartment building, brought in the pieces from the truck, and got to work moving the rest of the apartment. They moved very quickly but took care with everything and placed all pieces exactly as directed. All told the job took only and hour and 45 minutes! I can't express enough just how professional, quick, capable, and respectful of the items Kyle and Tom were. While I have had good experiences with some other local moving companies, I knew I wouldn't need the (essentially) three-hour minimum that most of them require, so the fee scale of LoadRunners made more sense. It was reasonably priced and worth every penny--- I will recommend them to everyone!

The move went very well! Kyle and Tom were exceptional! They arrived right on time and quickly proceeded to pack up my apartment. I was impressed with their efficiency and the care that they took packing up my belongings. No items were damaged, and the move was done in under 3 hours. I would highly recommend this company, especially for smaller moves at a competitive price!

The main thing for them was just actually moving a big piece of furniture from one floor to another and it was difficult. I wasn't even sure anybody could do it, and they did. They did a great job. It was a tough job and they came through.

Had to wait a few days for pick-up, The driver called saying that they were on their way about 15 minutes before delivery.

Great! The two guys that showed up had all the equipment required and had the hot tub loaded up in no time. Went well and were flexible meeting my husband at its new location.

Excellent service. Two step move, first was to move furniture and then come back 2 days later and empty storage unit. I coordinated with Chris, and the move was flawless. I would definitely use Loadrunners again.

I called them on the phone and they gave me a price of $70 for these guys to come and carry this thing down to the basement and then after these two big guys carried it on the basement they told me it was $90. So, I told them the girl on the phone said $70 and it turned out their excuse was some girl who answering the phone was not the normal one answering the phone and gave us the wrong price but I ended up paying $20 more than the price they gave me over the phone and I was not pleased about that. I would have probably found somebody to actually do it for $70 but I had these two guys standing here in the house saying, no it's $90 and not $70. They got the thing done but I was really not happy about the price. It took them about five minutes to do it and it seemed like an awful lot to pay for somebody to come and take like five or ten minutes to carry the thing down our basement stairs. So, it seemed somewhat expensive. They were here exactly when they said they were going to be here. They had on uniforms and they seemed very professional. My main issue was the fact that they changed the price on me.

I was thoroughly impressed by Loadrunners from the initial contact all the way through completion of the work. Chris was easy to talk with on the phone and took his time getting my information and giving me a clear understanding of how the process worked. I appreciated that the cost was not an hourly rate but rather based on the job itself and the number of pieces/whether steps were involved, etc. He was responsive via email and easy to communicate with. The movers called me 20 minutes prior to arrival and were exactly on time. They were warm, professional and efficient. I couldn't believe how quickly they worked and how easy they made the whole process. They handled everything with care and there were no damages. A job that I anticipated taking 3-4 hours took only two. The cost was dramatically lower than any other moving companies I contacted. The only suggestion I would make for improvement would be to create an official email confirmation for the customer stating the date of the move, the cost, etc. I requested this information and Chris sent it willingly, but to have it in a standard format, as a regular practice without having the customer request it would be an improvement. However, other than this, I was completely satisfied and frankly, delighted, with how smoothly everything went and how pleasant the movers were. I am so happy I chose Loadrunners and would encourage anyone looking for movers to do the same.

I emailed my request for a quote and Chris responded to me in just a couple of hours. The quote was reasonable to me and we scheduled the service. I called on a Thursday and the work was scheduled for the following Tuesday. Prompt! Mike and Jason showed up and promptly went to work. They were both extremely polite, efficient and careful young men I will not hesitate to use Loadrunners again!

LoadRunners LLC showed up with 5 men and 2 trucks. They were incredibly efficient and very well mannered. We had furniture in two locations that were being moved into our newly purchased home and were incredible in how quickly they placed all the items in the respective rooms. Moving can be a huge headache and this company made it very easy and well worth the price.

The service was prompt and perfect

I have used Load Runners twice and each time they were timely, professional, and efficient. On the last trip a piece of furniture fell apart while being moved - but it was no fault of the movers. However, they took it out to the ruck and repaired the piece at no charge. I would definitely use them again.

Awesome service and responsiveness! Loadrunners is great for small to large jobs. Do not waste your time trying to call college hunks or other companies. Load Runners is local and I have been using them for 12+ years. I recommend them to anyone needing move a whole house to small items being moved.

They arrived a little late, because of another job lasting longer than expected, but they took care of everything in a very short time frame and put everything where we needed it. We chose them because they had the lowest rate for a small move of a few pieces and they didn't charge a truck fee like the rest of the companies we contacted. They were very professional and were pleasant to work with.

They were super! We had the BEST crew! They put furniture where we said and when I changed my mind they moved it AGAIN. We have 2 levels PLUS attached on 2 sides so some heavy stuff had to take around 2 houses and down a big hill Plus it was very hot and humid. They worked fast, showed up on time, and were careful with everything. Could not ask for any better experience!

It was excellent. They were on time, had trucks, enough people, and were very careful. It was probably a year and a half ago. I am going to guess and say $1100.
