They also helped me get some rebates due to the green energy of the new unit. They were on time, friendly and left the place as though they had never been here. The unit was amazing this summer and we saved just as they said. We just had sub-zero temperatures, which are rare in Missouri. This Daikin unit was amazing in winter too. I even called them once already with a potential problem. They came out quickly and identified it was not an issue but were again very nice. Best service I have had in more than 39 years of owning a house. Highest recommendation I can give. If you want a great unit and great service from someone you can trust, call Rehagen."

"I ordered a part from this company for my dryer. They claim: 2 Day Quick Delivery! 365 Day Return Policy! Free Tech Support! I returned the unused part in their own packaging and they refused to provide a refund! Apparently, there's some hidden small print in their return policy that if you open the box and touch the product, that item is no longer eligible for a refund. They claim that the part showed signs of installation such as scuff marks. I asked for the part to be sent back to me for inspection by other professionals, but they refused because they disposed of the part. I've never encountered with such a scam company as this one and advise all to stay away from their misleadings! Good luck trying to get a refund from them, you're not getting one."
