I contracted them through one of the Big Deals for a very bad flea problem. At first we had a little trouble with our schedule. We worked all that out and the service was performed to my satisfaction. He made himself available if I should need another application. Another application was not necessary

We purchased a big deal for the service. The big deal amount covered everything. My husband said they were punctual and thorough, and so that was a good deal.

My husband dealt with them and it was a very good experience. They were very prompt, the guy was very nice, very helpful, in and out, answered questions and I would give him a high mark for everything. I didn't spend anything other than the cost of the deal. Their visit was for a preventative pest control.

They provided perimeter pest control. Even with weather concerns, they took a long time to finally perform the service. The only sign they were at our house was an "invoice" left on my front door. I asked for suggestions to deal with a mole problem, and have never heard from them. At no time did anyone from this company attempt to contact me directly.

Completely uneventful in a good way. Punctual, communicative, professional, and effective.

Placed the appropriate amount of chemicals on the yard to deter any bug infestation into our house. On time, courteous, reasonably priced, and did an excellent job. Absolutely no issues.

They came out and seemed to know exactly what to do about the bugs. They were very efficient and took care of the problem.

We were pleased with the work. David was very personable and professional. He explained his treatment products, and told us what to expect with his quarterly follow-up visits. He assured us that he will return for a free re-service if necessary before the next scheduled service date. Having checked into other extermination companies in the area, we feel his rates are very reasonable. We would definitely recommend Eco Elite Pest Control to others.

David was great. He came out and sprayed for spiders and the like. The products that he uses have absolutely no smell and were pet friendly.

Arrived on time, was very friendly and a fast worker. He offered to come back if bugs return and warned us that spider activity would normally increase a few weeks after service (due to lack of food).

These guys were great. They actually had to come out three times, but I was only charged once. They said this sometimes happens with a flea infestation. They forgot the first time to tell us that we would need to leave the premises for a few hours, but I think this was just an oversight.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out good. He said in the end and led me to believe that the service would be on a quarterly basis. And what I got from him was that it would sooner than the next quarter, which to me would be like January 1. He didn’t charge me anything for coming out. Mine had just a slight mold and mildew smell so there’s a small leak under there and that attracts roaches. The first I sprayed for them, I had caught like 6-7. I had somebody come out to spray and I sprayed as well and got rid of them but now, I’ve seen a few more. I asked him to do the shed but he never came and got me to open it. I’ve been meaning to call him because that’s where I got a true infestation and it needs to be heavily sprayed. Beyond that, he’s a very nice and very amicable guy. He’s interesting to talk to. I like him. I thought he was doing an okay job. I haven’t seen any after the spraying. He said that if I see any in the traps, that I definitely would have an infestation. Now I haven’t seen any in any of the traps so far which is good. So I don’t mind him coming out every quarter.

It went well. I used them because of a coupon on Angie's List and when I emailed I did not hear back but I followed up with a phone call and they promptly scheduled service and were on time. They did a good job and were very professional.

Although service seemed fine, it didn't stop the problem with ants entering house

The gentlemen was on time and very professional, he explained what he was going to do and how long it would take.

Young man was prompt. It was pouring rain and I asked if the spray should be done another day outside. He said no, that it sticks and will last. I asked some simple insect questions that he could not answer. Clearly he was just doing a summer job. I am not convinced that the spray on the outside of the house really "took" because of the entire day's downpour and do not think many spots were reachable due to mud and waterfall.
