Eco Elite Pest Control LLC

I talked to this company and explained that I was unhappy with my current pest control company because of their lack of dependability, that is, not showing up, not calling, etc.. He was sympathetic with the problem and arranged to come service my house the next day. He never showed up nor did he call--exactly the problem I had with my previous pest control company!

We have been using EcoElite Pest Control for a while now. Living next to the woods can create many issues! Our dogs always covered in bug bites and ticks. Not to mention the amount of spiders our house can attract ! What we have liked using Eco Elite it the fact that we know who is going to be coming into our home and treating for our family. I do not have to explain what issues I have to a different technician for each service! With a busy life style our family has, I like knowing our EcoElite Technician is professional and trust worthy, He is someone our family has grown to trust and appreciate. I have never thought about writing a review until I saw him working doing the extra work when he thought no one was even noticing. I noticed and thought Eco Elite needed more than a thank you from me. I believe a family business is the best way to treat other families!

I originally called this company because I have pets and was inclined to try and find a pet friendly pest control solution. I called and spoke to a dave or dan, can't remember the name exactly. Spoke to him about what I was looking for and where I lived, lees summit. He said to text him my information and he would put it in when he got to the office and i would get a robo call for that friday or monday when he was in Lees Summit. I did that, no robo call. I thought maybe he didn't get my info soI waited until the following friday, which I believe was the Friday before Labor Day if I remember correctly. No one answered the call which doesn't surprise me if it was the friday before Labor Day. However the issue is that I never received a call back, I left my contact information in the voicemail as well as the original text message. I really wanted to hire this company, but being they never got back to me I will have to look elsewhere.

It went pretty well. They stayed within the price. The house was abandoned for six years. So, I really think we needed a deeper treatment for the insects to go away. What we ended up buying was more for preventative things and I think we needed more. So, the insects came back. They were very professional. We did see the insects disappear for a while after the treatment. We rehab house, for some of them, especially for some that's been abandoned for a while, we have found in the past it takes a little while of quite a few treatments to see something. I think it did help a little bit. It was less than if we're setting up a new account with a similar provider, I think it would be $75. I'll give it an A, for first-time treatment. It's a good thing we're in North America, in South America the bugs are a little crazy. They're more aggressive. We would've wanted a little more living down there, here it's okay. They were on time. They actually had to wait on us as far as punctuality goes. They were out on time, we were a little late.

Great work and very prompt. I don't need them again because they did such a good job. But, I would totally use them if a new problem presented itself!

Someone e-mailed me prior to the visit wanting to know what my concerns were. I told them ants on my kitchen counter and a funny creature that looks like a combination of a spider and grasshopper that comes into my basement in the summer. Had ants on my kitchen counter within a week.....and just killed one of the spider/grasshopper creatures yesterday.....less than a month from service. I'd say, what I was hoping for didn't work.....at least for the 2 main issues.

EcoElite has successfully serviced our home for a few years. The team is professional, prompt, and friendly. I happily promote and appreciate their services.

Average, do not think the coverage was as good as it should have been.

as far as i could tell it was done. at least no strong odor. but no don't like just half of the service offered.

It was fantastic! David was polite over the phone, thorough in explanations, and courteous. Excellent communication with an ETA on the day of our appointment. His prices are completely competitive! Very educative and informative, and I would absolutely recommend and/or utilize his services in a heartbeat.

David inspected my house for free and offered sound advice.

They were very punctual and courteous. Also very efficient and easy to work with on the scheduling.

My options/pricing for treatment were clearly explained. We made an appointment at my convenience for the treatment. Services were provided as expected and for the price quoted. An issue with some of their equipment required a return visit, but all that was resolved in a timely fashion when convenient for me.

Really well. They are a good shop that handled the issues we had, came out to spray again when the bugs came back due to the severity of our issue and talked us through the process.

They showed up at my residence and sprayed and asked me if I would like to schedule another spraying. I said no because I was moving and didn't know what I was going to do yet at the new place. They said they needed the address of the new place anyway for billing, though I had already paid. I went ahead and gave it to them though I now wish I hadn't. They then showed up at the new place a couple of months later without calling first, without permission. I was not home but my mother was there cooking with the door open, and some contractors were there. The tech just walked in and started to get ready to spray without even knocking or saying anything to her. She realized what was going on and asked the contractors to make him leave. He left and left a bill there. She was quite upset. I called and left a message explaining that I didn't know what was going but I hadn't gotten a call or authorized anything. I didn't hear back so I considered the issue resolved until yesterday when they came out again and no one was home and left another bill for both visits. This is unacceptable, and I have left another call this morning.

The deal said the first visit of the service was $65 off. However, it did not mention that this was referring to the initial visit before their quarterly service starts, so we will still ended up paying 4 installments of $85 over the year. That was a bit confusing when I got my first bill from them. They have done a good job and been professional each visit. They give 1 days notice for each visit, and they will still come spray outside if no one is home. If something comes up between visits, they come back upon request at no charge. That has been helpful, especially after visits that we were unable to be home for and needed mouse traps checked.

It was great. They sprayed while I was gone. They never followed up with me to say that they did it. There was no follow-up whatsoever. It was easy to make an appointment.

I used an Angie's Deal for a discounted service. When tech showed up, he said there was a miscommunication with Angie's List and the discount was applicable if you agreed to a 1 year monthly service. I verbally agreed to continue the service on a monthly basis, despite suspecting a bait & switch. The tech did a good job on the first service and the next two. However, the quality of service suffered in the next few months. In winter (dec & Jan), the new tech did not spray for bugs & only re-baited/checked 2 of the 9 mouse traps and charged me the same amount as summer & fall months. I think the cost was $70-90 per month/per service.

Provider advertised a discount coupon for pest control which I bought. Numerous attempts to get ahold of them were fruitless. I tried both contacting them through Angie's List and to directly contact them. Finally I contacted angles list and they credited the coupon cost toward another pest control service, who called within hours to schedule an appointment.

It seems to be doing okay. We're continuing to use them. I didn't pay any extra on the "Big Deal" that I purchased. They're coming out here for visits.

I was having a lot of problems with crickets. So it was urgent that I get the company to come out and complete the spraying. I had to call them to set up a time for the service. But once this was established, the service person show up on time and was very efficient in completing his work. I was very pleased with their performance.
