The gentleman was extremely prompt. He sprayed the house and perimiter of the home. He even surveyed the exterior of the house for spider webs and other "bug" spots. They also placed granular preventative around the perimeter of the yard. I will be doing quarterly service but he made it very clear that they will come out and respray the home if the issues are not resolved. Very happy with the service

I worked from home on the scheduled day so that I could discuss our pest-control needs, but David from Eco Elite never showed nor bothered calling. I called them on the day of service and the day after, but only got voice mail and left a message - no response. We just moved into our house and seem to have spiders everywhere, so we can not wait any longer. I've requested a refund of the $20 Big Deal payment, and have scheduled another pest control company for quarterly services. Can not recommend and do not understand Angie's weighted rating system, which seems to allow this company to maintain an over all 'A' rating despite a recent rash of poor performance.

I purchased a big deal with this company after reading excellent reviews. After my purchase, I contacted this company by both email and phone calls to set up an appointment. I tried to get a hold of them multiple times via multiple forms of communication with zero response to any method. I contacted the Big Deal Help Desk and they reached out to the company to try to help me get in touch with them. Even after Angie's List reached out on my behalf, I still did not hear any response. After over 20 days zero communication with this company I am asking Angie's List for a refund. At this point even if the company does finally call me back, I do not want to use this company for an entire year and continue to deal with this hassle every time I need to set up an appointment. Very disappointed.

What he did not effective in reducing the ant problem. I phoned and left a message, he never returned my call, so I waited a few days and text him, told him we were willing to pay more, we just needed to be rid of the ants. He text back and asked when would be a good time, I told him, and I have never heard back. Assuming ants are not his strong point.! No problem, read enough online and order pesticide myself to take care of it.

Bought deal from Angie's list. Provider was courteous and professional. We are very happy with his service so far.

Our technician, John, showed up right on time and was very friendly and professional. He wore booties to come into the house and asked if there were any rooms off limits before he started. He was very patient with our questions and explained, in detail, what he was using and how it would work. He spent about an hour with us doing the interior and exterior of our home. I am extremely happy with the service and the $65 coupon for the first visit was great too!

It went really well. We haven't found anything yet which is promising so they did pretty good. They're very quick and very clean. We call on Monday to have them out, they came out yesterday afternoon. Everybody was very friendly, they're willing to talk to you and they always make sure they wear booties when they came into the house and everything was very clean and presentable. Definitely it was a really good experience. They're quick and clean, very friendly and explained everything very well.

The Angie’s List special was fabulous. Actually, I was going to give them a call this afternoon to come out and to do a year-round treatment plan. The guy was very professional and personable. He did exactly what I wanted and gave me the information. We were having our house treated for wasps. We had a wasp’s nest in our soffit. I was very specific when I called them that that was what I wanted. He was actually willing for that price to come in and do the inside and I was not prepared to have him do that. So, I could have got more for my money. What stood out about him is his punctuality and his explanation of what was going on.

David arrived promptly and was great! Did a full review of the premises and treated areas that we agreed to. We are now on a quarterly maintenance plan with them and very happy. Very courteous, personable and professional young man.

So far it has turned out fine. He came out the first day and sprayed. He is supposed to come back to do a follow up. So I am waiting for him to schedule that. Some ants and spiders have started reappearing but like I said, he is supposed to come back. He said he will be back within a month. The guy was really nice, I really liked him, I learned a lot and so I am looking forward to that followup visit. He was here when he was supposed to be here and I was very pleased. He is everything I expected him to be.

I used an Angie's List offer and got my first service for $20 when I signed up for quarterly pest control treatments. They were right on time and very friendly. They explained that they will do quarterly preventive sprays, but if I notice any type of pests in between treatments, that they would come right away and treatment for the issue would be included. All seems to be well - I haven't seen any ants in my kitchen since they've been there.

I had to re-schedule twice due to my scheduling so it was nothing to do with them. He was very professional and knowledgeable and I will be using him every three months for service.

He did a fantastic job explaining what he was going to do and what to expect. He was very professional and took his time to answer all of my questions and to provide us with some ideas for managing our wasp problems.

When he did the first job, I think he did a good job but it's only been a week or so. I have to see how it turns out over a long time. But, the guy was good. He was personable and he seemed professional. I bought it on a Friday and he came the following Wednesday. He contacted me right that Monday and had it set up two days later.

It was acceptable. They got the job done in about 30-45 minutes. The scheduling was fine.

It turned out good. He was really good. He was very professional and did a great job. I had somebody doing it on a quarterly basis and they were not just enough and so I looked and he had a deal on there. I took it and now he is going to be doing on a quarterly basis. I felt confident enough in him that he could actually come in to my home without me being there. I think the cost is $85 or $75 per visit . He comes out every three months. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. His communication was good and he was knowledgeable.

David did a good job in spraying my home and I would hire him again. He was professional and courteous.
